16 Chapter 16: Are you guys dating

Although she sounded normal, her heart was breathing profusely. From the moment she ended the call till she left the house her mind was thinking about what kind of surprise he was going prepare for her.

After the call ended, she headed downstairs for her breakfast.

At the dinning table seated were father Mo, mother Mo and Mo hiuyan. Several delicacies were served on the table.

After having their fill, the mother and daughter duo went to the balcony to discuss their stuff leaving their father and husband alone in the sitting room.

" Mum do you have any appointments for today." She asked her mother who always liked to visit her friends.

" No baby I'm free today is anything the matter?" She answered her daughter while looking worried.

" No mum no problem I just wanted us to go out. It's been so long we went out together." She answered her mother who breathed a sign of relief.

" So were do you want us to go to today."

" Let's go shopping then we go to the spa."

" Spa? But you only go to the spa if you have an important event to attend. Say do you have anywhere going today?." Her mother asked her with a slight smile on her lips.

" Uhm.. mum I - I am going on a date later with Feibai." She answered truthfully not wanting to lie to her mother.

" Oh oh date huh, and wait you are already calling him my his name and with such passion. Are you guys dating already." She teased her child.

" Mum I decided to call him by his first name since addressing him by his full name will make us seem like total strangers, and for the record he is only courting me as of now we are not yet official."

" hmmm I see from the way you always smile and blush when you talk about him I know you already have feelings for him and I am sure he will be the right one for you, I never saw you smile for that jerk the way you were smiling for him this morning." She said with a broad smile on her face.

At the mention of the jerk Xiao Lizhao Mo hiuyan frowned deeply but her smile returned when she heard what her mother said. Indeed she had never felt the kind of feeling she has for Mu Feibai for any other person at all. You could say she was only infatuated with Xiao Lizhao handsomeness for a period of time, she never felt this kind of bond or deep connection with him but for Feibai it was different. The feelings, electric Sparks and all were totally new to her but it felt like she had loved him for a long time.

" Wait mum you said in the morning right, how did you know that he called me this morning you were still sleeping when I woke up."

" Hehe you see I woke up earlier this morning I wanted to prepare myself before going to see my friends for mahjong but something came up and they declined that's the reason I am still at home. When I went to your room to check if you have woken up I overheard your conversation with him on the phone about you attending a blind date, I heard everything but it wasn't intentional ok the phone was on speaker mode so I heard when you both were bickering and teasing each other."

" Mum!!! how could you listen to those kind of conversation it was private." She exclaimed as if she was angry but the way her face were red like a tomato her mother knew that she was just feeling shy.

" No need to be shy baby it's a normal thing between couples okay, you dad was even more shameless when he was courting me during our young days. But that is a story for another day, so tell me what kind of person he is and which household he belongs to."

" From this few months I have known him I can say he is a nice guy, upright and just, sweet talker, a gentleman and an aloof and cold person to unfamiliar people. He is the CEO of the Mu Enterprise and is the first son of the Mu family." She said to her mother in details.

" Wow you actually caught his attention, my daughter is the most beautiful and adorable girl ever. Some of my friends whose daughters approached him were treated like the wind, according to rumors it is said that he is a neat freak while some say he is gay because he does not show interest in any girl that goes near him be it models, actresses or daughters of influencial men. He hates any physical contact with women and does not like it when any girl tries to approach him. Who knew that it was because of my baby girl."

She said while pinching her cheeks in a cute way.

" Mum don't pinch my cheeks like that I am not a baby anymore. And it was not because of me ok he has always been like that even before we get each other according to what the internet says about him he has been like that right from when he took over as the CEO of his family business." She said denying her mother's claim, not knowing it was actually because of her.

" Then maybe it is fate, he has always kept himself clean and patiently waiting for you that's why you were the one he chose despite all other girls who were throwing themselves at him." Mother Mo emphasized.

" Ok mum I think it's definitely fate then since you said so, I think we should get ready to go for our shopping I will be leaving by six and I only have few hours to get ready I haven't even done my hair." She complained

" Alright no need to panic go ready and let's go."

" Ok mum I will just grab my purse and credit cards" She said while heading upstairs to her room.

An hour later they were in one of the most popular mall- HF Mall which was owned by non other than Mu Feibai. Because she only had to buy few clothes they didn't waste much time an hour later they were done with their shopping and headed to the spa section. After a full body massage and facial care she styled her hair in Pretty loose deep waves, since her hair was jet black she dyed the tip with light violet colour. By the time they were through it was already 4pm.
