ROYAL PROBLEMS

"What happened!" I shouted furiously at the people who are working on the ships.

"Your highness..." A low man's voice tried to calm me, but no one can tame the pissed off me now. We've been working on this project for months now, and one loss of a ship can greatly impact our exportation.

The room is in great silence, the people can't look at my eyes directly. They know that I hate these kinds of failures. We are 2 weeks away from the biggest exportation that will be happening. Around thirty Kingdoms are expected to join in this kind of event. And our Kingdom is known to rule this one.

"Archael!" I growled.

"Yes, your highness?" He runs towards my direction.

"I want you to take in charge of this, and make sure to give me good updates in 3 days" I strictly said at him before finally walking out of the room. I'm not in the mood to joke around now. A lot of problems are occurring and I cannot sit around and just go on with the flow because this task was given by my father.

"Your highness, Lady Esmeralda is already waiting in your office" I nodded at Ruby, one of my most trusted people in here. She's wearing a red bodycon dress, hugging her body tightly, showing off her curves in the right places. Pairing it up with a black ankle-strap stiletto that is efficient because Ruby is just standing at 5'3 in height.

I know her since we were kids, She is the daughter of Chief Reyes, One of my dad's trusted men. She is in charge of handling my schedules. She has cat-like eyes, pinkish-red lips, and a pointed nose. She has a resting bitch face, that's why many are afraid to go near her.

"Tell her to wait for me," Ruby nodded, starting to walk away from me.

I went to the kitchen directly, making some hot tea to calm myself down. Being a royalty really does come with great responsibility.

"Your highness, do you want some strawberry cake?" I smiled at Ina when she stopped by and ask me.

"Bring 2 plates and a cup of juice in my office, Ina." I smiled at her and kissed her cheeks before going out and going to my office.

I saw Esmeralda, patiently waiting at my office. Her eyes gazed in my direction when I opened the door.

"Good morning, your highness" She stood up from sitting and made a bow as a sign of respect. I nodded at her actions, I move closer then hug her with my right hand, my left hand is still holding the cup of tea that I got in the kitchen.

"Take a seat, Esmeralda," I commanded her, I placed the cup on my table and take a few steps to go to the right side where my fingerprint vault is located at. I placed my thumb and type in a passcode to unlock it. I gathered all the documents that Esmeralda will be needing and arranged them.

"This is the files that you will be needing." I handed her the clear folder that has all the important documents that we will be needing for the exportation.

"Are the ships ok now?" She asked curiously.

"We are working on it now," I answered.

She nodded and took the clear folder out of my hand. She opened it and read the contents of each paper.

"I heard about the problems that your farmers are facing in, what are you planning to do with it, Zaph?" She placed the folder back on the table and sat up straight.

"It's doing fine now" I sat on my royal blue office chair that is made with real leather. My favorite flower, White calla lilies are classically arranged in a pink marbled vase that is placed in the middle of my table.

A white wired prism table lamp is placed at one end of my table. The pens that are engraved with my name are carefully placed on the side together with some papers.

I took a sip of my tea, watching Esmeralda as she wandered around my office.

Esmeralda is my close friend, Our kingdom produces the jewels that she uses for her business, It's a jewelry shop. The number one jewelry shop in the whole world right now. I am a part-owner of her business so it's my duty to know about how is the business doing.

I heard a loud knock on my office door. It's quite loud since my door is made out of steel.

"Come in!" I shouted, for the person to hear me since the door is quite far from my table.

The door opened showing us Ina bringing the foods that I asked for earlier. She slowly walked in our direction, placing the cup of juice and two plates of cake on the table. She bowed at us before finally leaving.

"How's your business?" I asked her, starting to sign the pages that will be needing my signature.

"Well, the business is doing fine..." She continued to tell me about how's her business is doing.

"Goodbye, Zaph" Esmeralda waves her hand at me while preparing to leave the room.

"Take care, Esmeralda," I smiled at her, I accompanied her until the main entrance, we parted ways after.

"Goodbye, your highness" I laughed at her when she bows at me before finally leaving.

"Ruby!" I called out

"Yes?!" Ruby is half running, she's gasping for air when she finally arrived.

"Call Zico right now and tell him that I want to talk to him as soon as possible" I instructed her.

She nodded at my words and take down notes for her to remember it.

I walk towards the garden straight ahead not minding the people bowing every time I passed them. I finally arrived after minutes of walking.

It's just 10:09 am, my next schedule is at 10:45 where I would meet some businessman to know what are the updates for the exportation, because as I said earlier.

Our kingdom is on the top... And will be always on top.
