6 ROYAL PREPARATIONS

'Lawrence Ivan Findara, the second child of King Dominick Findara I and Queen Luna Ivy Findara.'

That's the words that can be seen on the first page. I smirked, so this is the kingdom that my brother is talking about. An idea pops into my mind, telling me to invite them.

"Add them to the list," I told Archael, who is now seating bored at my front playing with the pens. He took the folder out of my hand when I handed it to him.

"Do you even know them?" He looks at me weirdly, staring at my face and the folder back and forth.

"No" I answered.

"Then why are you inviting them?" He asked curiously, putting down the folder as he listens and focuses on what I'm saying.

"To know them" I smirked, getting up from the seat.

"Choose 20 more names and tell Ruby to deliver the invitation at them later. I need their confirmation tomorrow." I ordered Archael, who looks like a good dog listening to his master. I left when I saw him nodding at my instruction.

"Ruby, what is my schedule this afternoon?" I asked Ruby when I saw her waiting at me patiently in front of the room.

"You have a meeting with one of the head chefs, A meeting with one of the head ministers, and you have a dinner with Prince Aiden" He answered while moving the pages of her black clipboard.

"What is the agenda for the meeting?" I asked her while now starting to walk away from Archael's office.

"It's about the exportation" She answered quickly.

We arrived in my office earlier than what I expected, I have the layout for the Invitations already, Ruby and Archael just need to type out the names and print it out.

"Ruby, Go to Archael's office later and print out the Invitation that you will be sending later" I instructed here, I went to my laptop and copy-pasted the layout on a USB port.

"Here," I handed here the USB when I finished pasting the file on it. She took the USB out of my hand and place it in front of her clipboard

"Your Highness, King Martin, and Queen Xyina already left the palace" Ruby whispered in my ear.

"Tell the servants to start decorating the main hall now" I stood up from the seat and left my unfinished food at the dining table.

"Where's Chef Robbin?" I asked the first person whom I saw when I entered the kitchen.

"Your highness!" She gasped in shock, bowing in instant before pointing out the right side of the kitchen.

I walked steadily towards the end corner of the right side. In there I saw Chef Robbin, wearing a blue chef's attire, writing something on a sheet of paper in a piece of black notebook.

"Chef Robbin" I approached him.

"Your highness" He stands straight, fixing his clothes and his blue chef hat sitting on top of his gray hair.

"Mom and Dad already left the palace, you can start preparing now" I informed him.

"Yes, your highness" He answered me, showing the Menu again for me to check.

"This is fine, 70 guests will be arriving later" I enlightened him.

"Yes, your highness" He bowed again before I walk away and left the hot room.

Chef Robbin has been serving us for 20 years already, he has a team that consists of 6 persons, 2 head chefs, and 3 sous chef. He's the son of a previous chef as well that served our family for 40 years before retiring and passing it to him.

We have 4 hours in total before my parents will be arriving. The guest will be arriving an hour earlier. The theme of the event will be Silver and Gray's just like the anniversary that my Parents' are Celebrating.

"Where is my brother?" I asked Ruby when I saw her in the main hall instructing the servants on what they should do.

��I saw him in his office, Zaph" She answered me, stopping in my front while the servants looked in my direction in panic. In unison, they stopped what they're doing and bowed.

"I'll go to his office, make sure that the design will be perfect," I told her.

She walks together with me leading me to the front door where white and black flower arrangements can be seen together with the silver cloth trailing on each side of the double door.

"Go to my office later after it's finished" I instructed here before leaving here at the front entrance and walking to the left side where my brothers' office is located at.

My brother likes black and gray so in no doubt his office is like that. I went inside straight, not bothering to knock at his door. In there I saw him on his laptop, he is wearing a black-framed glasses.

"Brother, the preparations are doing fine now" I gathered his attention when I suddenly speak.

"Zaph, you shocked me!" He told me aloud, his hands are in his chest. I pouted while walking on my way to his direction, sitting on the sofa in front of his table.

"Where's my dress by the way?" I asked him. I ordered him around the other day to buy me a dress that will suit for this event.

"In there…" He pointed out a black painted wooden cabinet beside the door for his own bathroom.

I opened the door, seeing a Silver Sequin dress with a plunging neckline and half-open slit at the right leg. I took it out and stare at it for a moment.

"This is perfect, brother!" I shouted in joy.

I saw him smirking "That cost 140 golden coins"

I rolled my eyes when he suddenly bragged about the price of this dress that he bought for me.

"Stop bragging" I looked at him with glaring eyes.

"Did Ruby inform you about it?"

"What is it?" I asked him, getting curious about it since Ruby hasn't told me anything this day.

"The prince of Findara can't come today."
