9 Two Dizzying Things

Belle gently unwrapped the bandage on her right leg. Little by little, the skin on her leg full of scars would be seen in a moment.

Even though it was just a bad dream but Alicia still remembered the pain and was prepared not to be surprised when she saw her white skin had to turn full of scars.

'Was it really a nightmare? If that's the case, my body shouldn't remember the pain.' Alicia still doubted that going into the forest was just a nightmare. The fear and pain she could still feel were real.

It made her sure that she really went to the forest. But without any solid evidence to prove that she really went to the woods, she had to believe that it was just a nightmare.

She still felt pain all over her body wrapped in bandages, but there was one thing she didn't know about that pain. She had absolutely no idea what kind of incident had made her body be bandaged from neck to toe.

She felt that she would never know what really happened to her before. Her last memory of being in the Holy Kingdom was until she was tied to a pillar above the altar. After that, she didn't know what had happened to her.

While continuing to unwrap the bandage, Belle screamed a little as she looked at Alicia's skin as if the healer's treatment had worked. "Whoa, completely healed! Isn't this great, Miss Alicia?"

While staring in disbelief, Alicia just nodded to answer Belle. She was confused by what had happened to her body. There were no scars as she imagined.

'H-how come? Even though when Belle touched my skin, I still remember the pain, but how come there's no scar at all?!' Question after question appeared in her mind, but none of her guesses could explain the strangeness that occurred.

"Miss Alicia, can you lie down? I will remove the bandages on your upper body." Belle, who finished removing the bandages on her legs, crawled to her side. She looked at her while waiting for her to change position.

Alicia followed Belle's orders and lay down with her mind still confused. And Belle crawled and climbed on top of her.

Because the mattress was so soft, she didn't feel any pain when Belle climbed on top of her. She actually felt comfortable when Her soft hand gently touched her back as she removed the bandage.

"Your body is warm. I feel like hugging you and making my whole body feel your warmth." Even though it was quiet, Alicia could clearly hear Belle's muttering as she touched her body.

Alicia wasn't too surprised by Belle's words. Her friends also often said it as a joke. As long as it's a girl, she's okay with that.

But Alicia's guess was wrong. It wasn't a joke her friends often did to her, but Belle's wish to hug her.

When all the bandages on her back were removed, she felt Belle's breasts pressing against her waist and her hands starting to slip around her stomach.

"As I thought, you are warm." She just hugged Alicia for a moment and immediately let her go. But this time, she said her wish clearly near her ear.

Alicia got goosebumps because of Belle's sudden action. She didn't know what Belle would do next because she was lying down. Alicia had a hard time looking back to see what Belle was doing. She only felt Belle's fingers still tracing her back.

But when she tried to look, she felt something poke her cheek. Alicia traced the pain and found a thorn stuck in her hair.

The thorn was quite large, and she was sure it was not from broken wood. Belle grabbed her hand and immediately took the thorn when she tried to look closer.

"Don't worry, these thorns must have been carried here during the strong winds this morning." Although Alicia didn't ask where the thorn came from, Belle immediately explained how the thorn entered the room.

Even though Belle had explained the origin of the thorn, she still doubted her explanation. Instead, the thorns became a clue that she really went to the forest.

She was pretty happy because one of her questions could be answered. But after she found the answer, it made her even more confused.

If she did go to the forest and was injured by a wolf attack, that was true, how the bandages still looked new. Her body didn't have the slightest scar, even though she still remembered that his entire body was scratched by the thorns of the bushes. That's weird!

Those two things she couldn't find the answer to. Thinking about it made her head almost explode. Her logic was utterly unable to solve both problems. She would instead assume it happened because of a miracle and the help of the purple-haired healer.

After removing all the bandages covering Alicia's body, Belle immediately got off the bed.

"I'm sorry for touching your body too much just now. I did it actually to check your body condition if your body has recovered." While collecting the bandages, Belle apologized to her.

Even though Belle had gone overboard in examining her body condition, she didn't mind after Belle explained her intentions. While lying down, she shook her head to answer Belle.

"Okay, I'll be out for a moment to throw this away and report to Mr. Rufus. At the Shelf Trolley, I've got some clothes ready for you... Oh, yeah... There's also breakfast there for you. You don't need to worry. I've made sure that your breakfast isn't toxic, and make sure you eat it. I heard you haven't eaten in a long time. You better eat if you don't want to die." After giving a few messages to the girl lying down, Belle immediately left the chamber.

"Ha ha ha." After Belle left, she tried to catch her breath again. She held her breath as she panicked after learning something about Belle.

'I don't know why, but Belle's hands are cold. Is Belle sick?' She still vividly remembers when her cold fingers touched her body. Although they were soft, her hands were cold.

It wasn't cold as ice but rather like someone who was sick. Alicia was sure the supposed carefree, healthy-looking girl like Belle didn't have such cold hands.
