20 Spicy Fragrance

'What black aura is that?' Even though it was faint, Alicia could clearly see the strange aura creeping out. This was the first time she had seen that, and it immediately sent goosebumps all over her body.

She had difficulty distinguishing whether the aura was due to a hallucination created by her fear or if it was actually happening. She couldn't be sure!

"Ha, ha, ha…." Alicia gasped and almost cried after regaining consciousness. But because she lowered her head, so Rufus wouldn't see her frightened expression.

She, who lost consciousness for a moment, immediately checked her state. She saw that her hand hadn't reached the door handle, and she didn't know how long she had been frozen like that.

"Are you all right? You stayed at the door for a long time, don't make Young Master wait any longer. You must see him immediately." Rufus bent down to confirm the state of Alicia, who kept her head down.

Alicia didn't expect that she had been silent for long enough when her mind was filled with fear. But thanks to Rufus' clapping, she managed to control her mind again.

'No more time, Alicia! Suppress your fears and jump right in! It will be over before you know it.' Alicia tried to suggest she strengthen her heart again so that she was not easily controlled by her negative thoughts, resulting in hallucinations.

She closed her eyes and immediately opened the double door and entered before her fear invaded her mind again.

The creak of the door accompanied Alicia's journey and made her even more unwilling to open her eyes. She had thought to keep her eyes closed so as not to increase her fear until her meeting was over.
