2 Sirin

Everyone of us was a little confused. They led us to a large circular table. Everyone of us sat down on the chairs provided. Immediately a few maids came in and started to give us drinks.

The old man started speaking again, "I will explain everything so please lend me your ears until the very end.

This is a world parallel to yours called Tortus. It is our one and only God whom we worship, Ehit-sama, who summoned you to this world."

The man continued on with his rant. Though many people did not believe him at all, some started to get suspicious. Though I believed that old man completely. Not because of something like faith or anything else, but due to the fact that I KNOW that we are in a different world. It is kind of like an instinct that is saying that the coordinates do not match.

'Looks like you are starting to get some of my abilities.' That voice again started to speak directly inside his head.

"Who are you?" I asked silently.

'They can't see me or hear me. You can talk to me mentally. Let me show myself to you.'

Immediately, a young girl materialised on the table. She had purple hair and bright yellow eyes. She was also wearing a weird dress. She appeared right in front of me and pressed her index finger to my forehead. Suddenly, millions of images started entering my mind.

After a few seconds, I started talking mentally, 'You are Sirin? The second Herscherr.'

"I am Sirin, but I am not the second Herscherr, I was the second Herscherr. Currently, you have the Core of the second Herscherr. I don't know how but you have got my powers. And not just my powers you have also got the other powers that I had accumulated, like the Core of Reason or even Fenghuang Down."

'So you want me to end the World or something?'

"No, I don't want anything other than your survival and wellbeing, because if our Core gets into the hands of humans, then even death will seem like a peaceful option."

'So you are giving me complete control of all these powers?'

"Not so fast kid, these powers are great but you will not be able to use it for than 3 minutes for now. Remember, my body was that of a Herscherr, but you are still human. And if a human overuses the power of the Herscherrs, then they turn into a Honkai beast themselves."

'...'

"But don't worry about it, the longer you have my Core inside your body the more your body grows resistant to Honkai energy which will help you in using my powers for longer, also..." Sirin closed her eyes and took a deep breath,"... the atmosphere of this world also has huge amounts of energy, this can also help you increasing the effectiveness of my powers. And it is not like everything is bad, now you have a lifespan which is nearly a dozen time longer than normal humans, you don't need to breathe nor eat to survive, and your body is now much more stronger than normal humans."

'Why are you so different from the memories you showed me?'

"*sigh* At that time I was rash, immature, inexperienced and extremely arrogant. Properly fusing with the Core of Reason has helped me broaden my mind."

Suddenly her body started glitching out. She looked at her hands and said, "Well, looks like my time is up. See you again, Herscherr of En..." But before she could complete her sentence she disappeared from her place.

Immediately after she disappeared I see everyone not moving at all as if stopped in time. And that is kind of what happened, when Sirin appeared she had changed my perception of time. And I didn't even know all of this, but this information started coming to my mind on it's own.

Time started to resume slowly and when time flowed at the normal rate he suddenly heard the shout of the teacher beside him. She was arguing with the old guy to stop this kind of joke and was saying that she will report this to the authorities. Many of the students were laughing at her outburst but many of them were looking towards me in curiosity.

The old man then got up from his seat and asked us to follow him outside, to show us the proof of what he is saying is true. While heading outside, a boy asks the old man about this world. The old man was surprised and asked the boy if he believed him, to which the boy replied that assessing the whole situation he has no choice but to believe the man. The old man laughed a little and started explaining about this world.

In summary, this world has three main races. The humans that live in the North, the demi-humans in the East and the Demons in the South. The war between the humans and the demons has been going on for a few centuries but recently the demons have started using monsters in their army which has caused the tides if the war to change.

Finally after walking a few minutes we arrive infront of a humongous gate. The old man says that if we have not yet believed him, we are going to believe him now.

The gates were opened and outside we saw various mountains and a large forest. The people seemed to realise the magnitude of the situation, and everyone started creating a commotion.

Suddenly, the guy who was surrounded by his classmates earlier asked a question, "If you have summoned us here, surely you can send us back right?"

The students immediately became optimistic and asked the same question to the man. But the man replied that he didn't bring us here, but rather his God did. And if his God wills for it then they can go back to thier world.

This whole thing seems weird. How do they even worship such a God?
