12 Chapter 12

Spring time has arrived and UA's academic year is officially beginning today.

My day begins with a beautiful naked women in bed next to me. As I was about to kiss her I heard something.

Ordis: Operator! WAKE UP!

Jumping up from the bed in fright I looked around.

Aster: Nooooo!! Why did you wake me up?!? It was about to-

Ordis: You're going to be late for school operator.

Instantly forgetting about the dream and all its potential, I quickly prepared and started running towards U.A. As I was passing through an alley, I noticed something dark with the corner of my eyes. I stopped running and turned to look but nothing was there.

Aster: Hmm weird!

My mind then went back to the shadow of the practical test.

Ordis: You're going to be late~

Aster: Fine, fine...

I took off and I even arrived a few minutes early.

"The perks of having your house near your school"

Without losing a second, I went to my classroom. The glorious A-1. The huge door was already opened and I could hear the students talking and laughing.

???: Ah another handsome guy!

I went inside and saw the "Alien Queen" looking at me.

Everyone turned to look. Seeing all of them look at me at the same time is kind of unnerving.

Aster: Good morning everyone.

I greeted them and looked around. Almost all the girls in the class were gathered together. Midoriya-shounen was talking with Iida a bit further away from me.

Toru: Aster! We're in the same class!!

A set of clothes came towards me.

Aster: Toru! Hey good morning!

I said excitedly as Mina and Kyoka were talking to each other.

Mina: They know each other?

Kyoka: Toru and I met him some time ago!

Mina: You have to introduce me! Ok?

Kyoka: Fine but don't get your hopes up.

My gaze fell on Hanta and just as he was about to stand up, someone spoke from behind me.

???: Alright guys, go to your seats. We don't have much time.

Everyone went to their seat. I got a bit confused since I didn't know where I was supposed to sit but when everyone sat down there was only one place available.

He walked to the teacher's desk and looked at us. For some reason, his gaze stayed on Izuku and me for a bit more than the rest.

Aizawa: My name is Aizawa Shota and I will be your homeroom teacher. Since this is your first day, you'll have to do some things before anything else. Wear your P.E. clothes and come outside. We'll do some tests.

He told us where the locker rooms are and left. Without missing a beat, Iida stood up.

Iida: Alright everyone, let's go change!

Katsuki: Who died and made him a leader?

Momo: I wonder what are we going to do.

Minoru: Oohh the girls' locker room is next to ours!!!

Almost everyone had something to say but we didn't dare to be tardy.

The locker room was clean and quite spacious so that it could fit pretty much everyone no matter their quirk.

Most weren't familiar with each other yet so no actual conversation was made. We quickly changed to our PE uniform and went out.

The teacher was already waiting there. We gathered close and he begun explaining what we are going to do.

Aizawa: First, you'll do a 50 metre dash and then some other exercises to determine your linits. Oh and whoever comes last in the test will be expelled.

He said with a sadistic look to his face.

"Damn it Eraserhead! This is bs no matter how I look at it"

Without even waiting for an answer, he went to the track and we followed.

While I was waiting for my turn, I motioned at Toru, Kyoka and Hanta and they approached me with Mina following the girls

Aster: Hey guys, since this is a good chance while we wait for the others to finish the dash, I though we should get to know each other. So, girls let me introduce you to Hanta. We went to the same area in the practical test. Hanta, this is Kyoka, Toru and...

Mina: Hi! I'm Mina! Nice to meet you!!

With that, we got some traction going and the new people started introducing other people untill everyone from class was introduced. At some point my turn came. I was last and since I'm the odd man out of the 21 students of the class, I went to the track alone instead of a pair and transformed to Excalibur.

I heard some sounds of amazement.

Eijiro: Woah so he looks so manly!

Mina: Hey Toru, do you have his number?

She said with an eager voice and Toru answered almost immediately.

Toru: Nope! I don't have it.

Fumikage's eyes seemed to sparkle while his beak remained open.

Aizawa: Shimmer down everyone! Now get ready.

I got ready and bolted at the sound of gunshot. My result was 4.22.

"I can probably go even faster if I push it!"

I went back to the others feeling somewhat proud with the looks they were giving me.

Kyoka was the first one to talk.

Kyoka: Hey Aster, you look a-amazing with your quirk.

She said while looking away.

"She's cute when she acts like that"

Toru: Of course he is!

Toru on the other hand, sounded like she was the one praised.

Aizawa cut my "parade" short and we moved to the next tests.

If you look past the use of quirks then they were really quite normal exercises and all of them were boring with the exception of the ball throw.

Everyone used their quirks in creative ways so I also wanted something like that.

"What could I use with Excalibur...?"

Inspiration hit me just as my turn to throw came.

I moved to the circle and weighted the ball in my hand. I got in to a throwing position and shot it. At that instant, I formed my Exalted Blade and stabbed it in the ground. Then, a lance made out of energy shot from the ground to the ball and propelled it even further.

Ordis: I would like to see the look that you would have on your face if you had missed the ball.

I shivered at the thought but said nothing.

Aizawa: Alright! Come here and I'll show you the results.

He showed a hologram with the results from his phone-like device.

"Hmm I got 5th place and am above Fumikage huh?"

He gave us some time and closed the device.

Aizawa: And with this, we're done for the day. There are printouts of the curriculum waiting for you back at the classroom.

And he walked away.

Izuku was frozen and kept staring at the air.

"What? He has nothing more to say? What about Midoriya-shounen?"

As if on cue, he came back.

Aizawa: Oh, I almost forgot. I was lying about the expulsion.

"There's no way he'd forget! He must have done it on purpose. Are you an S or something?"

As I expected, he came and gave Izuku a paper for Recovery Girl.

We then wore our uniform and returned to the classroom. The curriculum was on top of our desks.

Since we finished early, I went and asked Toru If she wanted to go for coffee or something but she had plans to go with the girls of our class.

"Right now I don't really want to deal with the boys so I guess I'll go home."

As I was walking, a hand grabbed my shoulder. I turned and saw Katsuki glaring at me.

Katsuki: Oi! Don't think you're some kind of hotshot. I'm better than you! Are we clear?

And he walked away.

Feeling stupefied, a voice woke me up.

Tsuyu: That probably his way of telling you that you're cool. He doesn't seem to be someone that says what he feels.

Aster: Ah I see. Thank you for the translation Tsu-chan! See you tomorrow.

I flashed her a smile and left.

Tsuyu: Kero...
