—3rd POV - 2 years in College—

After scouring and downloading all the books available to Davion in his new school, he rebounded back to his old bad habits of enjoying life.

Though the difference on this one was that he is more gifted in the appearance category than his noodle-like previous body.

(A/N: Though he is young, the figure of his body looks like in his early teens. It's like how kids these days look way older than their real age.)

Thereby bedding different sorority girls, every time he goes to different frat parties.

Of course, he will surely be beaten black and blue by the future avatar of the Phoenix once she knows of this.

(A/N: Again, a reminder that his soul is an adult in a kid's body. Where if he stays with kid's his age he will look like the MC in 'Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute' manga chapter 1. I Will attach a pic in this paragraph comment.)

But Davion is a firm believer of the motto, 'It's better to ask for forgiveness than permission'. Hopefully, such a thing won't backfire on him sooner or later.

Of course, during such a relaxing time, he didn't forget the objectives he had set for himself in the previous chapters.

Firstly, Davion had Sebas as a step-in CEO to start up the Enterprise and build its foundation while he is still underaged.

Then during his second year in the university, he absorbed all the knowledge he can scrape off from the professors within the university.

This helped him finish creating his own sentient AI.

Naming it [AUGUR] (Active Utility General User Regulator).

While that was going on, within the year Davion was busy pillaging knowledge from library books, Peter had been bitten as expected during the OSCORP field trip of their class.

Good thing, that Ned contacted him before the tour happened to get him out of the zone from book worming.

Or otherwise, he would have missed the event and lost the spider or spiders for that matter.

And as Davion's focus was regarding Pete getting his powers, Tandy and Tyrone-...

Along with who will become one of the Spider man's enemies Mister Negative had been held captive and begun experimentation on them.

Though even if Davion knew when or where they will be abducted, he couldn't care less as he needs them to acquire their powers first before he copies it from them.

Therefore, it was during the second year in his university time where he just finished creating Augur his sentient AI.

Setting a task of monitoring Peter's activities regarding his newly gained abilities that he then encountered the two during a night patrol.

It was also the moment where Uncle Ben's scheduled date with Death was about to happen.

Thereby causing him to haul his ass off in his {Enigma} outfit, saving Uncle Ben from getting shot and scolding Peter with his favorite quote.

Davion is thinking it was worth it, when he placed a tracker on them, YAY for the paranoid mind.

Though he bet there might be future attempts, causing him to shake his head crazily trying not to cause a flag.

Since he was already wearing his hero get up, he thought might as well save a few more before heading back.

Davion surmising that they have just escaped the holding cell from where they were held thanks to Tyrone's powers connected to the [Dark Force].

It is fortunate he is together with Tandy the carrier of [Light Force] to satiate its hunger and hasn't split up yet, otherwise, he might have caused a massacre placating its immense hunger.

He carefully approached the two trying not to startle them as he emerges in front of them ninja style.

『Davion』 "Hey miss, you alright? Blink twice if you need help."

He says trying to appear 'friendly' with his attire.

『Tyrone』 "Who are you?! Are you with them?! Did you come to take us back?"

Clearly high in adrenaline as the shadows in the alley shrouding it slowly while covering his figure like a cloak.

While Tandy visibly lights up too on instincts, especially in her fists hiding behind Tyrone.

『Davion』 (Hmm, Cloak is fitting for him but I feel Shroud might work better as a hero name… and Lux for Tandy)

"Ahh, what do people call me these days? It's been a while since I have been active tho so I'm not sure."

"But I recall {Enigma} was used in the news as my moniker. Haha" replied in a lackadaisical attitude.

Seeing that the stranger in front of them was the infamous vigilante, they slowly relaxed, tho a little bit tense just in case he's not who he says he is.

"I see that you are together based on your reactions. Are you guys dating?

And date night is trying to copy me doing vigilantism or something?

You guys must be new to this since your both not wearing masks to protect your identity."

Davion suddenly putting on airs in front of the two scared kitties who were slightly blushing at the dating comment.

"Dude should be {Shroud} based on those dark cloaking powers you have."

"And you little kitty be honored to be named one of cool looking (though useless) hero I once saw (in an animated music video) {Lux} according to your light-based powers."

Nodding to himself while giving off the feeling as if he was letting them take advantage of him getting a jaw-drop reaction from the two.

『Tyrone』 "We're not even-… we just-…" trying to find an appropriate response to what just happened.

『Tandy』 "…" speechless at what Davion just said, though she suddenly passes out due to Tyrone.

Who unknowingly kept siphoning [Light Force] from Tandy just by keeping his dark shroud around him.

『Davion』 "Woah, easy there!" as he stretches his hands catching Tandy mid-fall to the ground showcasing [Telekinesis], he is the real deal.

"Dude, back off a little bit would you, and you should put off your shroud thingy before you completely drain her."

Carrying Tandy mid-air while moving a little bit more than two meters from Tyrone before going near her and heal her injuries from the experiments she went through.

Tyrone seeing there is no immediate threat from Davion, followed his words instinctively seeing that he was the cause of Tandy being unconscious.

『Tyrone』 "Is-… is she alright? I'm so sorry, I can't control it." on the verge of breaking down with all that happened to them.

『Davion』 "She's fine. She just needs to sleep, and you should too. You guys shouldn't be out at this late in the evening and in a dark alley trying to copy me.

Both of you should focus on studying first at your age." Trying to ease up the tension. Like he's one to talk.

"What happened to you guys? It is taking a while even with me trying to heal her."

Inquire Davion while placing a hand on Tandy's forehead to heal her and hasted up the absorption process while playing for time with Tyrone.

That worked flawlessly as he explains the series of events that happened to them, upon which, he was also 'healed' by Davion after finishing up with Tandy once she retained a rosy color in her cheeks.

After 'healing' Tyrone, Tandy opened her eyes at the new scenery of them being within Central Park.

Once Tandy was up, he asked a little bit more details from the place they were held captive in order for him to investigate their case properly and prevent more people from experiencing the same thing.

Davion gave them a number to contact in case they needed help, after giving them enough money to commute back to their homes.

'Well, they gotta fend for themselves early if ever they want in on the hero life.' Thought Davion as he tries to find an excuse for his laziness.

With the sun slowly peeking out the horizon, Davion still feels energized with the energy that the [Light Force] provides for him, while the [Dark Force] eats up the excess.

Going back for a quick wash and change of clothes, Davion then went back to Central Park for a jog while playing Quicksilver's running theme 'Time in a Bottle – Jim Croce'.

He was maintaining an appropriate distance from his targets during his routine morning exercises to keep up the shape in Central Park.

Specifically, the Metahumans; Damien Tyrp who carries (Chronokinesis), and James Madrox who has the (Cloning) abilities that he so greatly desires.

See what he did there? Why point it out, its gonna be explained either way.

Damien's ability is related to [Time Force] which is also called time manipulation or time control, is the ability to mentally alter time.

With this ability, one could travel through time, control the speed of subjects' movement, slow down foes, and speed oneself up.

One with this power could even accelerate or reverse the aging process on any subject one desires. This ability may also include the manipulation of space as well as under the time-space continuum.

While after a couple of months of jogging with the dude, the day James confronted Damien.

Davion went ahead with his regular route as if a passerby, and when he is out of their sight or anyone's sight he dived in the tree's shadows.

Traveling to Damien's first then James' shadow to absorb his (Cloning) ability not before he finishes taking [Time Force] since it was almost finished due to being around the guy for months every morning.

『Davion』 "Can't wait to create the clones, getting tired of this stalking thing real fast…" he grumbles in annoyance as most of his current abilities were either from hard work or creeping out others.

Of course, being the lazy bum that he was and currently is, Davion is also a firm believer of the quote 'Work SMARTER, not HARDER'.

As it's the lazy people that get the work done quickly due to using their thinking skills to minimize tasks and extra steps.

---Half a day later---

『Davion』 "FINALLY!! I HAVE IT!!! MUAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHA"

Now getting the basic skills I required to start my Naruto training program such as:

[Kinetic Duplication] for the clones. Creates an identical physical living duplicate of himself upon any physical impact.

Possibly via extra-dimensional mass acquisition similar to the process used by Ant-Man or the Hulk. The duplicates themselves can also replicate, each is only able to create one duplicate at a time.

The duplicates think, feel, and act independently, though usually guided by the original. Each tends to manifest one aspect of Madrox's personality.

Which increases in strength with lengthier separation from the original; these traits have recently become more extreme.

(A/N: According to Wiki.com, Madrox is telepathically and empathetically linked to his duplicates, suffering severe, potentially fatal, trauma if one dies.

If Madrox himself were killed, it is not known whether any existing duplicates would continue to function independently.

It is said in theory, that if the original Madrox was killed, that one of his active dupes is capable of taking over as the new original.

Who will assume the dominant abilities and collective personality that the original Madrox had.

It is virtually impossible to distinguish the original from the duplicates. His powers have increased during his life.

He was once able to create hundreds of dupes by himself. He has even gained better control of his powers; he has learned to prevent his body from producing duplicates.)

[Dark Force] hiding in the shadows and basic shadow warping.

[Light Force] maintaining the Dark force's hunger.

[Time Force] to work as save points for critical situations.

Naruto Training Program – after cloning oneself each clone is made to focus on training one aspect of my current abilities in different applications.

After which when reaching the limit provided by the body or mental constraint, I absorb them back to gain the knowledge they gained from training said aspect.
