5 Chapter 5: Bond's part 1

"MOM! MOM! DON'T DO IT MOM!" A young Charlie screams waking his bunk mate up in the rut, or as the world knows 'area 51'. He and all the other experiments Just called it the rut.

"What the fuck charlie!" Jerry reprimanded. "Sorry, I just had a bad dream." Charlie explained in a remorseful tone.

"It's okay, I guess, just don't yell anymore, I don't want to get punished because of your mistakes." Jerry said.

'It happened again, why can't I remember her face.' Charlie thought to himself. After some struggle he finally went back to sleep.

"Wake up, shitfaces!" The gaurd yelled as beat on each of the steel doors of the cells. Charlie couldn't even remember how he got here.

Exiting his cell in a single file line with Jerry coming first. Soon they reach the cafeteria, they take there seats.

They see familiar faces, as one by one every prisoner takes there seat, but there are some new face's. 'Fresh meat, they won't last long.' Jerry thinks to himself.

the guy next to Charlie leans over to him, "They say those newbies, are the closest to 'awakening'" The kid gossips.

Although they didn't know what awakening was, they knew it was what the people who runned the rut wanted them to do.

'My key outta here, and to 'her'' Charlie thought to himself as he formulated a plan, he would've given anything in the world to find his mother, because even though he didn't remember her, he knew she must've mean't alot to him.

After breakfast the rest of the day goes as expected, boring and mundane; but after today Charlie wouldn't be here because he had a plan.

once the cells were locked down he decided it was time. He got outta of bed silently. Although he wasn't 'Awakened' yet, he was the closest, so using a little bit of heat, he melted the lock, it proceeded to open.

'Yes! I can't believe that worked!' Charlie thought to himself. He snuck out into the corridor, as soon as he gets out he sees a gaurd, he zooms into a corner hiding.

'Damnit!' Charlie thought to himself.

"Did you hear what happened to Chuck's wife last week?" One gaurd asks the other, "Yeah, shit, that was sad.".

Eventually they walk away, and charlie takes this opportunity to move foward, eventually he reaches his goal, one of the newbies cells. He proceeds with the same heating trick.

"Wuh, What are you doing in my cell?" A young Barry asks in confusion. "I have an escape plan, Just follow me and we'll be free." Charlie explains.

"Oh, Okay." Barry agrees still confused, but excited; Thing's go much like this as he convince's Suzie, and Hank in a similar way.

But as thing's aren't as easy when he tries to convince Elizabeth. She out right says "No, no I will not, why should I anyway."

"Ugh, well, because if you don't trie, you'll never get out!" Charlie whisper yells. "But if I trie, and I fail. I have to live a worse life, they'll single me out." Elizabeth explains.

"But If you trie and you succeed, you'll get to see your family, you'll see your mom!" Charlie explains passionately.

Elizabeth blushes, she immediately becomes quiet, she nods her head in agreement. They all follow charlie as he takes them to a unfamiliar room, but for Charlie, it is very familiar.

The scientists call this room the "Awakening room" but Charlie and every other inmate calls it the 'torture chamber'.

His plan was to force them all to awaken here, but if the others knew what they had to go through, they wouldn't have agreed.

They enter the room, it was rather spacious, being about the size of a highschool gym.

"Woah!" Everyone except Charlie let out in awe. They had no idea what this equitement was for.

Charlie flipped a switch without any of the others noticing, he turned the dial all the way to 26, the worse he'd experienced was 12, and that felt like he was being torn apart. Sweat appeared on his face, but he was determined to succeed, if the scientist got what they wanted, maybe they could leave.

He led the others into another room; it was an empty room devoid of anything but white padding.

"This looks like a insane asylum room? What are we doing in here?" Elizabeth aksed in confusion.

"I'm sorry." Charlie said with remorse, but determination. '3...2...1' Charlie counted 'Now!'

A bolt of black light hits each one of them, they experience such pain they can't even comprehend it.

Foam spitting out of there mouths. After an hour, it stops. It only stopped because the machine broke. The machine starts to spark once more. "No, please no." Elizabeth says defeated.
