Hermione's pov Part 1

the war finally ended it takes time and effort for everything to go back to the way it once was. for me, it's nothing but pain. I try to be strong but I'm at my breaking point. my friends and those I consider family don't notice a thing. I lost my mom and dad to the death eaters. I found out that they were killed by them when I went to Australia the Aurors told me what happen and how they found them. I went back home hoping for someone to comfort me in my time of need but that didn't happen, harry was with ginny all happy. the Weasley family was thill morning Fred passing. Ron and I haven't been on the best of terms. we wear trying to help make the wizarding world a better place. rebuild Hogwarts back to its former glory which wasn't easy,

after all that was done I thought that we would go back to the way we wear. but we didn't. harry and ginny, her family, and the order of the Pheonix started to act like I didn't help at all the only one that stood up for me was Minerva McGonagall, the Malfoys, and Severus snaps because I saved his life. thanks to them I'm more comfited with myself and now what I did was the right thing to do. but Ron and harry think otherwise they turned their backs on me and expect me to do what I'm told by them. Ron expects me to marry him and have a lot of kids just like his mom. Hell no. I want to have a career and make a name for myself. not because I'm a war hero. Ron started to have a fit when I told him that.

RON yelled. WHY IN THE BLOODY HELL WOULD YOU WANT TO TO THAT INSTEAD OF MARRING ME AND HAVING A quidditch TEAM OF KIDS. THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS.SO GET WITH THE BLOODY PROGRAM.

harry also agreed with him. what the hell I risked my life for them and got targeted for this I'm done being the nice and easy pushover Hermione

they did not like that molly started to yell telling me that I should be thankful to have the opportunity to date or marry her Ronny. I told her she can fuck off. I was tired of hearing about Ron this Ron that or my favorite Ron can do this even in his sleep. (eye roll)

I talked to Kingsley about trying to become a freelance he agreed after I cleared my name from the bullshit my so-called family and friends made up. it's a good thing that I keep that proof against them now their names are going to go through the mud. I wish it didn't have to happen but it did. now I can focus on my work and not bother about them. that was at least I thought so. until Ron came because he said that he wanted to apologize for everything. I told him another time because I was in the middle of translating a book so ancient that I had to be careful of the pages. it spoke of a goddess of time that comes to those she deems worthy. of a second chance. she will help lead you to the one that you were meant to be with. at least that's all I was able to translate so far.

Ron wanted to see me now along with harry. but I told them no and to leave me alone. that's why I always keep my fireplace locked down and my runes for owls that have harmful letters and hate mail up. I'm not getting hurt again my home and land are unpiloted so no one can find me unless I allowed it. better safe than sorry.it still didn't stop ron and harry from finding me.

it happened on a weekend when I was taking a break from my work that my magic barrier was destroyed. I didn't know how they found me but I was angry as hell. harry and Ron came into my study where I was and started yelling and firing spells at me. I try to dodge as many as I could and fire some of my own back it didn't work out well they hit my bookshelves causing them to fall on top of me and pin me down. Ron can close to me and started taunting me saying that I'm not so high and mighty now. he cases the crucio curse on me. Harry just stood there with a smirk on his face as if he agreed with ron.

Ron stopped the spell and asked me if I was going to be a good girl and do as I was told. I told him to go to hell. they weren't happy about that so they tied me up and started to destroy my work. the ancient book I was translating started to glow when they were down trashing the place.

harry and Ron turned to me. ton raised his wand and fired a spell that was a bluish-green color. the book appeared in front of me and the spell hit it. my world went black. when I came to I was in a void where there was a meadow full of different floweres and in that meadow rights in the middle of it was a woman it white hair that had blur highlights going through it her skin was a tannish color her eyes looked like they could be a ruby. she was wearing an ancient-looking dress. that i couldn't describe

she stood there just staring at me. I walked up to her to ask he where I was she told me that I was in a void that has different worlds to choose from she said that I can choose the first world I go to because I deserve to have a choice where I was going to start my journey to find my other half. I asked if I could think about it first before I made my mind up. she said yes and to let her know when I was ready.

I asked if there was a name I could call her by she told me to call her Renata ("Reborn, a second chance at life").she also told me that I world have a Campanian going with me that was her Familiar to go with me. it was a dragon that could change its size. it circled around me until it landed on her arm and became a tattoo.
