Chapter 40: First Spectator, Then Intruder in the Attack

The Halloween party is over, and the students are returning to their dormitories. Ku, who had been separated from the boys by the girls, also returns to Leo. Leo and Ku were about to leave the stadium but were stopped by Ravenclaw's Quidditch team.

"Taylor, wait! I heard you say earlier that you could easily find Snitch, is that true!? If so, won't you join our team?"

Chou Chang, Seeker of team excitedly speaks up.

"I refuse. If I use my "eye" to see Snitch before starting then I would know where and when it will fly. But I don't want to join a team. I don't want my time taken up by practice and I didn't understand the appeal of Quidditch either. Can you say something fun if a game ends in just a few seconds after starting?"

If Leo uses his "eye" as a Seeker then he would know exactly where Snitch is located. Inevitably then game would end immediately. Neither players nor spectators would find such a thing enjoyable.

"Ah... I see your point indeed. Understood then. We'll win with our own strength."

They part ways with Quidditch team and finally return to study room.

Ku asked curiously.

"Master, why do those people seem to enjoy that so much?"
