1 Young Babe

There lay a bright fairy with beautiful auburn hair

A small nose, pointy ears, butterflies surrounded her where she lay

Quite lonely she was but you'd of never guessed from when she sang her song of dance of happy of fun

A young babe crawled to her one day loudly crying snot running down its dirtied face

An ugly baby she was displeased from the sight of it

She wished it not to come closer for its loud shrieking constantly rung in her head

'shoo shoo' she sang, it crawled forth 'go back from once you came' it tugged on her flowy blue dress and she picked it up curling her nose in disgust

'your a stinky one where is thou parents' the once shrieking babe quieted down

'mommy daddy' it whimpered through teary eyes 'gone' snot ran down its chubby cheeks and the dainty fairies pink lips twitched into what seemed a soft smile

yet she held back calling for one of her butterflies in a sing-song tune 'take this babe home safely, I bless thee a gift of no return' the butterfly bobbed softly once, twice, before turning into a ball of light circling and enchanting the young babe

The young babe grew into a small young boy, and the fairy, she stayed the same in her eternal youth

the small young boy had never been lost again and was forever able to recall his direction.

The youthful fairy did not miss him, though she forever remembered their short time together
