Roger scowled, biting his lips. This was not what he planned, he stared at Anne once more as she kept looking at her feet.

"Uncle Roger, you are not going to tell on me, right?" She pouted, staring at him with a guilty expression.

"Why will I? We made a deal didn't we?" He massaged his temple.

"You know what? let's do this..." He whispered in her ears.

"Yes, I agree," She flashed him a bright smile.

Roger's mouth twisted to a rictus. He prayed that the plan worked even though it was kind of childish, well, the situation called for it!

"I will call a cab," He took his phone off and dial a number.

As they got into the cab, Roger quickly sent a text to Charles saying he wants to see him again.

"So," He turned to face Anne and noticed she was biting her fingernails off.

"Ahh," He sighed, "I guess this run in the family," He pulled her hand off her mouth.

"Sorry, I can't help it, I am nervous," She lowered her head.
