deera was not at all surprised on her 17th birthday as she is used to celebrate her birthday all alone. but this time she has her best friend whom she trust and have faith in. her best friend name was simran. dominant and soft hearted person who's always there for deera in her bad times. that day deera was expecting her dad to give dress money a day before her birthday but he forgets her birthday every year and that was fine with deera as it became habit for her. she called her father on her birth day that is 23rd October she wanted to buy herself a pretty dress. she always used to buy a dress on her birthday to wear that's how she celebrated her all birthdays. as after calling her dad. he transferred money for her dress. she went with her mom to buy herself a pretty dress and after shopping her best friend called her and asked to visit her as fast as possible but deera was tired with all her shopping hours and she wanted to go home and rest. deera lied to her that she will come at evening but went home. simran called her in anger deera realized that maybe for the first time someone is willing to do something for me on my birthday. deera was looking dull and tired but still she walk and finally reached simran home. simran her mom and a younger sister was standing in Hall with a homemade cake. simran was still in anger as her dad wanted to wish her but as deera was late he went office. for deera it was not only a cake but taste of love which she received for first time.
