Jasmine's kittens were born two weeks after Christmas and Reese's followed suit five days later. Between the two mothers, there was a grand total of eleven kittens.

Reese had four: three girls and a boy, named Peach, Skittles, Cocoa, and Twizzler. Jasmine's large litter of seven didn't have enough milk to go around so Emily stepped in with a bottle and kitten formula to help. She had four girls and three boys, named Azalea, Clover, Holly, Violet, Ash, Barley, and Oakley.

Cookie was wary of these new additions and steered clear of the mamas and the babies until the kittens were about six weeks old—old enough to be curious about him. At this point Jasmine and Reese were used to him so they were less defensive about their kittens. Besides, he smelled like Justin and Emily.
