90 The 'What A Coincidence' Card

"So you finally kissed?!" Sam hollered into the phone.

At the end of the night when Justin dropped Emily back at her apartment she once again took the initiative since the ground beneath them wasn't going to start lurching and gave him his first kiss. It was short but sweet and he was so dazed afterwards that it was a miracle he didn't fall down the stairs on the way to his apartment. Once he came back to his senses a bit he knew he needed to call Sam because she had already given him a hard time for not keeping her updated.

"Mmhmm," Justin said dreamily.

"So are you officially together or not?"

"Check Friendbook."

Emily updated their relationship status in the car on the way home. A few seconds later Sam's incoherent screech told him that she saw it.

"JUSTIN COSTA, YOU'RE NOT A HOPELESS LOSER ANYMORE. I'M SO PROUD OF YOU!"

He frowned. "Thanks, Sam."
