93 Independent Studies

The fun thing about being a senior was that you had to do more non-traditional classes, like independent studies. Emily had an entire class revolving around creating a 30 minute film where she was the screenwriter of her group.

Since Justin's major was computer science with an emphasis in engineering his independent study was to spend an entire semester creating something. His post-graduation plans got bumped up. The problem was that he had absolutely no idea what to make and he only had a month and a half left!

"How's your project coming?" Emily asked cheerfully before taking a bite of her sandwich. It was starting to cool down so they moved their usual lunchtime meetings indoors.

Justin sighed. "It's not."

"Justin, the semester is nearly half over! What are you going to do?!"

"Fail?" he asked with a slight grimace.
