127 Emily's Social Life

Justin's last day in New York was spent touring Sam's new school and seeing touristy things like the Statue of Liberty. He was thoroughly ready to go home by the time it was done and slept through most of the five and a half hour flight. Wearily, he boarded his ride using a ride share app and headed back to his apartment.

When he arrived it was about 8 PM and his face split into a bright smile when he saw Emily asleep on the couch with the cat curled around her head as the TV played softly in the background. He leaned over and kissed her sweetly on the forehead. The contact woke her up and she blinked up at him sleepily.

"You're back! It's so good to see you!" she threw her arms around him and pulled him down so Justin found himself practically strangled as he was on his knees.

"Chok-ing-me," he managed to get out and she released him, pulling herself off the couch to give him a proper hug.
