The next morning Megan woke up to see Daniel sleeping.....
"He must be exhausted.."
Megan lips curled up, she kissed his forehead, Daniel flinched a little, slept again, Megan got out of the bed, had a quick wash, and went down to see Mrs Cathy in the kitchen, she smiled and said
"Good Morning, Mrs Cathy... I will prepare breakfast today, as Danny has come back"
"That's sweet if you Madam, I will help with ingredients... what are you planning to cook"
"Friend eggs, meat buns, chicken sandwich, and strawberry milkshake, or should I make some more"
Mrs Cathy smiled and said,
"It must be good Madam... but go for spring rolls than meat bun, it will take time"
"Ok....and one request Mrs Cathy, please call me Megan..."
"Then you should call me Aunt Cathy, not Mrs Cathy"
"Ok... fine we will do that"
Megan started preparing breakfast for all, it was Mia, who came first... and asked
"When did you wake up, Megan... and why are you preparing breakfast, where is Mrs Cathy"
"Aunt Cathy is cleaning, I am preparing breakfast because Danny is back... I like cooking for him"
She smiled, as she saw the confused look on Mia's face, and asked
"Why do you look so confused... Mia, if anything is bothering you tell me"
"Nothing much I have to go back today, don't know how it's going to be tomorrow, will that suitor be as I thought or it's only..."
she stopped shrugging her shoulders, Megan put the frying spoon downturned to Mia with her hand crossed on her chest and said...
"See, Mia, what you want and do is your choice, even I was in the same situation as you before 8 months, it was my life's great decision I had to take, it was a choice between Daniel and my career, and I chose Daniel"
"But.. Megan, you know, that I am not like you, I really don't know what I have to do"
After saying, Mia held her head with both her hands...
"Mia...Hai Mia... listen, I know it's frustrating, to not to know what to do, but I will tell you one thing, your heart will always will know what you want, so be honest to yourself, only you can know what you want... no one can say what you want till you figure it out"
As Megan finished... Mia nodded her head and went out of the kitchen, to see Daniel coming down the stairs, as he saw Mia, Daniel asked
"Mia, have seen Megan, she not in the room"
Mia chuckled and said
"Wow... so worried, for not seeing her, in your bed next to you when you woke up, what will happen to you one day if she disappeared from your sight forever"
"Stop talking nonsense... that day will never ever come... did you see her"
Daniel's tone was a little frustrated
"ok...ok... she in the kitchen, preparing breakfa..."
Mia didn't get to finish, Daniel passed her and ran towards the kitchen, Mia shook her head, walked up, as she thought about what Megan as said a few minutes ago, but she was even sad, that this was the last day together with Ray... Daniel entered the kitchen to see his little minion, humming a song and stirring the sauce in the pan... Daniel, smiled seeing her wiggling back, walked slowly, and hugged her from the back, placed his chin on her shoulder, kissed her nape,
"I missed you, why did you come down so soon"
Megan smiled, didn't push him, she just enjoyed his touch, as she too missed him too much, she chuckled and said
"You were fast asleep, didn't feel too disturb you, so I came down to prepare breakfast... do you want some coffee"
"Please... "
Megan pulled away from Daniel, to make coffee, Daniel leaned on the kitchen counter, stood there seeing his wife, who was so enchanting... Megan bought his coffee, Daniel took the mug... while leaned to kiss her lips... Megan tried to take a step back, but Daniel didn't give her a chance, he held her waist tightly, not letting her escape... he planted a soft but passionate kiss, which made Megan head go blank, while Daniel was like...
"God... how much I missed those lips"
as both were engrossed in the sweet little time... all of sudden
"God...Fuck... Sorry, Sorry..."
Olivia ran out of the kitchen...sat on the couch in the living room, where Ray and Riley were sitting, she had gone to get them coffee, she had to see the lovebirds kissing...
"What happened...why you look so devastated, and where is the coffee"
Ray asked,
"God I miss James...."
Olivia grumbled... while both other guys laughed and Riley asked
"Had a good dog food we think, we know it will be like that, that why we sent you"
"You both... pig-headed, so mean"
"Ok... guys, fine it was just a mistake, here you go... your coffee"
Megan came with a shy smile and sat on the couch.. with coffee mugs....as Daniel walked behind her sipping his coffee, with a smile on his face... as all sat there, Mia came down pulling her bag, When Ray saw it, he left the coffee, and ran up saying
"Wait... Iam coming, it's heavy, don't hurt your back"
Mia, stood there, when Ray reached her, he saw a lock of her hair fallen in her face, he lifted his hand to push it back of her ear but stopped... Mia realised what he wanted to do, and pulled her hair back of her ears, lifted her head and saw into Ray's eyes, Ray was so lost at that glance of her's... he stood like a thousand years from doll...
"Fuck.... why is she killing me with that glance, God, please help me, let me hold on for another day"
as he was in his thoughts, Daniel watched what was happening, and called out
"Are you guys coming down, or..."
he chuckled, Megan hit his shoulder and said
"Behave... ok"
Ray and Mia... were pulled back to reality, and Mia, walked first with her heads down, while Ray carried her language down, Megan asked the others
"All your things are packed... when we all are ready we will leave, Breakfast is ready, let's eat"
All nodded and slowly walked to the dining room, as Mrs Cathy, started to serve food on the plates... Daniel said to Mrs Cathy
"Mrs Cathy, please join with us... we can serve ourselves, even you have not had your breakfast still"
Mrs Cathy was so very touched by both Megan and Daniel way of treating her, she felt blessed to meet this young couple... she tried to refuse but Ray got up, to fetch a plate for Mrs Cathy, and asked
"Can we call you Aunt Cathy, Mrs Cathy, because Mrs Cathy looks too formal, and I kind of like you"
She smiled as tears yelled from her eyes, Megan was the first one to hold her say,
"Aunt Cathy... what happened"
"It's nothing, you people are so nice to me, iam so blessed... it's just my happy tears"
all smiled as Aunt Cathy joined them for breakfast, it was time for all to leave, Daniel said
"Riley, Ray, you both take, Olivia home, as we are going to my house to drop Mia"
Riley nodded, while, Ray looked at Mia, and she too was looking at him, which jerked him, after all, git they bags, and hugged each other a goodbye, Olivia, walked with Riley, in front, as they dragged their bags, Ray walked behind them, he stopped at the door, Mia, waited for him to turn, to have one last look of him, as she had no idea what will happen the next day... But to her disappointment, Ray just stood for few seconds and walked away...
Daniel packed Megan's car with bags, as he was ready to take the survey seat, Megan said...
"You need a proper car... Mr Reid, you can't go on the bike anymore as a Board member, to meetings... doesn't look professional"
"Oh, is it... then I have to buy a car now...ok, but which car, do Mrs Reid, prefer"
"Maybe... Rolls-Royce, or a Range-Rover"
"Wowww, that would be too much for a humble man like me..."
"That being too humble Mr Reid... the youngest Board of Directors for S&S Crops"
Both Daniel and Megan laughed, seeing which, Mia... thought,
"how it could be if I can be with a person, who can share this good relationship, with me..."
like her Brother and Megan....
As Daniel, Mia, and Megan entered the house, an unpleasant sight invited them to the living room, Becka, Mr Johnson, Mrs Johnson, Jessica, and Mrs old Simth all were sat there in the living room, speaking to Mr Ried, Albe... and Jovel...
