I know I have done a great mistake by telling Megan about Becka without thinking, Danny would have handled it better, when the time was right, but now it was late, as I was thinking of it, I felt as if someone was gawking at me,

I turned to see, Danny standing at the entrance with a gloomy face, I was sure things didn't go well, so I asked one of them to take care of the store and walked with Daniel, he didn't speak a single word, we walked to a coffee shop on 4th floor in the mall, and sat there, after ordering two coffee, Daniel made a custom coffee,

"I need a strong milk coffee with half sugar"

I was a little surprised by what he was asking, he was never a coffee person, this the first time he ordered coffee, he was a tea person, and now he's even asking for a customised coffee,

as I was thinking...

"Jack, Megan is mad at me, she has gone to B City this morning and switched off her phone, I don't what to do"

I felt for the first time in our life, that Daniel was a human with all the emotions, I was happy, but if I even smiled, he will break my jaws, so I maintained a straight face, listening to him, Daniel looked up to me from his just served Coffee, and said.

"Go and find out from Mr Brain, Mr Uncle- Felix address, as soon I get the address, I am leaving for B city, I have to clear this in before the weekend, as I have to join S&S on Monday"

I looked at his sad face and asked him to wait, and called my Dad,

"Hi Dad, I am preparing a name list for engagement, can you give your few friends address, ok...ok... Dad, thank you"

after waiting for few minutes, I received a couple of names and their address,

we checked and found Mr Uncle Felix contact details.

Daniel decided to leave on the same afternoon train, I said I am coming with him.

we booked our train tickets, for the earliest, it was at 1.30 pm, we both got our things packed from our house, and waited for the train.

We got on the train and reached B City, after two hours, we found a decent hotel to stay in, refreshed and went to look for Mr Uncle Felix residence, Daniel didn't speak a word from the time we got on the train, as we both walked to the community.

I was shocked at Villas in the community, it was Villas, with a big courtyard, and each Courtyard had a Swimming pool, a basketball court, and a tea area with a swing, with a huge garden with fruit trees, rose garden....and the building was a stone building, it looked like a fort, finally, we reached Mr Uncle Felix Villa, Danny called their landline, a maid picked the call, Danny requested to call Megan, after few minutes, Megan was on the call.

"Hi who's this, May I know your name"

a sweet seductive voice came from the Phone, Danny was quiet for some time, and Megan was,

" Hello...Hello... who is this"

"Megan, it's me, come out I am waiting for you, let's talk"...

Megan Pov

I was shocked at the voice I heard and what he said, he was out waiting, is Daniel in B City...as I thought, I cut the call and I pulled out my mobile from my pocket, switched on my mobile and called Daniel as I walked to the courtyard, Daniel picked it in the first ring,

" What wrong with you, why are you here in B City, I don't want to talk to you"

I yelled at Daniel, but he was much more calmer than me, he said,

"Meg, listen to me, I am here only to explain to you, give me at least one chance to explain, without even listening to me how can you punish me, baby, please Meg, meet me somewhere we can talk"

He begged me to meet, even I need to confront him, why was I not aware of the so-called finance of his, I agreed, and asked where he stayed, Daniel told me he stayed in New Park Avenue Hotel...

I promised to meet him the next day at 11 a.m...

We ended the call, I was still thinking of his ragged face...

The next day, I got up early, got ready to go meet Daniel and came down from my room, as I was having breakfast, I asked my uncle to drop me infamous Mall in B City, "The Treat", he looked at me and asked,

" Want to take Aunt with you, if I send you alone, your mom will kill me".

I shook my head and said,

"It's ok, I will go alone, I need some lonely time, just want to look around, no need for Aunt, don't tell my mom, problem solved".

My uncle looked at me and asked,

"did you have a breakup or what, you look so heartbroken"

I was shocked at what my uncle asked, but I didn't tell anything just smiled, he took me with him to the Mall, dropped me, and gave me a black card, and left.

I walked in took a look around, and bought few dresses, and reached the cafe on the top floor, and asked for a private room, I waited for Danny as I sent a text to him, after 10mins Daniel came with Jack in. Daniel came to sit next to me but I moved not wanting him to sit with him, seeing it he walked to the opposite side and sat with Jack bro, Jack bro said,

"I am sorry Megan, I shouldn't have said those things to you, actually Danny never liked Becka, it's only his mom's idea... pls don't mistake him, I have been with him for all most 20 years, you're the only girl in his life, he even had no crush on anyone still he saw you"

I sat there without speaking, Jack bro got up and walked out while tapping Daniel's shoulder, I didn't want to talk to him, but Daniel got up and walked to me, he came and sat next to me, I gazed at him, Daniel held my hands, and said,

"Meg, Becka is my uncle's adopted daughter, my mom likes her, so she wishes I marry her, but I never thought about it, and will never ever another woman in my life, not now, now after few days, even if year's pass... you will be the only woman in life, Trust me Meg please"

as he said, tears filled his eyes, and his voice was honest, I didn't know what to say, as I was looking at him, Daniel hugged me and buried his head in my neck, I felt the wetness from his eyes, wet my neck, I pulled him up to see tears dropping from his eyes, I just hugged him back and held him in my arms and cried, he hugged me tightly,

"Meg, I love you so much, without you in my life, I can't live, never doubt me please, Becka is nothing to me, I can't do what all my Mom wants, my love is only for you, I am only yours, Meg"

as he said, Daniel kissed me, I just responded to him, after some time we left the cafeteria, I asked Daniel to leave and took a cab to my uncle place, I reached home with few bags, my aunt came helped me with the bags,

"what happened Megan, your eyes are red, did you cry... Baby what's bothering you"

I shook my head and held my aunt's hand,

"it's nothing aunt, it's just that wind is too heavy out"

We had dinner and as I enter my room, my mobile rang...
