8 UNFINISHED BUSINESS

Aaron woke up late because of his late-night party and then after having a warm shower he walkout for breakfast. "Oh, I think I am not the only one who is late today," he said seeing his father and Aunt Naira at the table.

Naira passed a smile and served him his breakfast and then took her seat. "I am glad at least my daughter is so up to time," Jack said staring at Aaron.

Aaron just ignores him and eat his breakfast like he never listens. Suddenly the doorbell rang, Naira was about to get up but Jake ordered Aaron to go and check, he really doesn't want to go but he won't want to argue to his father to spoil his day. He took a toast just walk towards the door and said "Coming" eating his toast but still doorbell was ringing continuously.

He gets annoyed and opened the door, he was about to strangle that person for bugging the bell so much but he saw it was Sera. "What are you doing here ?" he smirked and continued slowly "Don't tell me you missed me so much that you come back skipping your lectures just to see me".

But Sera didn't respond and just give him a deadly glare that even make him shiver, she was really not in the mood to listen to his crap and pushing him aside then she starts looking for Naira. Seeing her odd behavior Aaron was even shocked that the girl who used to tremble in front of him yesterday is making him shiver now what on earth happened to change her attitude like this, he followed her out of curiosity.

When Sera found Naira at the dining table she didn't wait for a second and walk towards her. Naira didn't notice her but when she felt someone was standing beside her, she thought it was Aaron but the moment she was about to ask Aaron who was on the door. Before she could even see or speak a tight slap landed on her face.

Everyone was shocked, Jack who was busy on his phone suddenly snap out and saw Sera. He yelled, "What are you doing?"

She didn't care about his stepfather, didn't bother to reply to him when Naira pulls her head up to look who slapped her, Sera slapped her again. This time Jack really gets angry and yells at her again "SERA!" and Aaron who was standing there suddenly clench his fingers and walk towards Sera and grab her hand tightly and asked her in a harsh tone "What do you think you're doing? "

Sera shook her hand off and said in an icy tone "Ask this woman what she's trying to do?". Seeing her behavior both Jake and Aaron were shocked. Jake asked " What are you talking about ?" he was really shocked seeing her behavior he never thought that sweet, innocent, and obedient Sera have this sight also but he doubts his thoughts now.

"She was drugging my mother" After hearing what she said Jack and Aaron's face turned pale.

Jack asked in shock " What d... do you mean ?"

Sera didn't speak up and put the results on the table and said "I don't care what is your relationship with my father but if something happened to my mother, I will make sure to make your life a living hell".

After that, she walked into her mother's room and carried her mother to the car and drove away. Aaron and Jake were both got freeze when they saw the reports and didn't utter a word.

"Hello Sera" Ran was shocked seeing Sera's call.

"Ran, I am standing at your college's gate" after saying that she ended the call.

Ran quickly walk towards the gate and saw Sera standing there. "Hey, what happened?" she asked in a concerned tone.

Sera smiled and said "Thank you so much for telling me about this if it wasn't because of you then I will never able to forgive myself"

"We're friends there's nothing to be thankful, I just felt suspicious that's why I did this all and I am really glad to help you after all aunt Emily used to treat me just like you" Ran smiled.

Sera was really happy to have a friend like her in her life. "Can you help me again ?" Sera asked

"Yeah .. of course " Ran was shocked seeing Sera asking her help as far as she can recall it was always Sera who was used to help her in back days.

"Can you please take care of my mother, you and Rexy are the only ones whom I can trust right now and I think she will be recovered soon under your guidance" Sera hesitate before saying.

Ran smiled and said, "Of course, I'll be really happy to take care of her let me make a call".

Ran call professor park and told him to make arrangements for a patient in Royal hospital. The royal hospital was connected to medical high they send their best of best students in Royal hospital for placements and all which make it easy to look for Aunt Emily. After then they shift Sera's mother to the patient bed and professor park ordered the best doctors to look for things because it was the first time Ran asked something from him.

After seeing her mother all settle down, She told Ran "I'll be back after a while till then can you look after my mother". Ran really doesn't mind taking care of Aunt Emily but she can't help but asked her "Where are you going ?"

"I have some unfinished business, don't worry I will not take long" Sera smiled

Somehow Ran can feel something evil in her smile but she didn't ask more. After coming out Sera drove off and directly stop in front of her house. She saw that the door was opened and some voices were coming from the living room.

She followed the voices they were pretty loud and so she decided to eavesdrop. But her eyes get widened and she gets shocked after hearing the conversation.
