6 I DON'T LIKE HER

At the Royal palace,

Sera sighed in relief seeing Aaron is not home, he was one of the reasons why she kept a distance from Ran because Rexy was someone, not the one whom Aaron can mess with but Ran was an easy target for him. Aaron was used to blackmailing her in past to hook Ran up with him but she doesn't want to destroy her life, So she messed up their friendship and kept a distance but she knows deep down that it wasn't the only reason why she kept a distance.

Seeing no one home Sera feels angry that how can Aunt Naira just leave her mother alone in this state it's time to give her medicine already and look she's not even at home. Ran and Rexy directly went towards Sera's mother's room.

They both end up in tears seeing her pale white face and the weak body lying lifelessly on the bed and just can't believe that Sera was handling all this alone. Sera searched for her medicines but wasn't able to find them. But Ran was not any medical student but a top medical student so she knows very well about medicines, so she gives Rexy a note and ask her to bring those medicine's and explained looking towards Sera "These medicine will help to maintain her body from getting weaker till the time you get the prescribed medicines".

Sera was glad to see her concern because being overseas doesn't mean she didn't keep a check on her friends she knows very well that Ran has more than enough knowledge about medicals, Rexy took off to get the medicine quickly and When they were both finally alone, Ran try to break the ice "Who takes care of your mother ?"

Sera replied "Of course, dad but because of his busy schedule he brought his old friend to take care of mother"

Ran just gives her a little nod and continues asking "When all this happens?"

"When I was overseas, She was used to stressing out thinking about me but I didn't think that she will end up as this" Sera said in a sad voice

Ran didn't ask more and just nod but it was unbelievable for her because people like Sera's mother who has really strong mind control and didn't end up like this just because of stress. Ran feel that something was off but she didn't say anything to Sera.

After a while, Rexy comes up with some medicine, Ran give the medicine and even inject some liquid in her body to stabilize her body from growing weaker. Suddenly, they heard someone's footsteps when Rexy and Sera went to look who is there. Ran quickly took some blood samples of Sera's mother and hide it in her coat. Then she followed Rexy and Sera from behind, When she looked out for them she saw a beautiful lady in her 30s was talking to them. She was a bit distant so she wasn't able to hear what they were talking about but she can see that lady was apologizing for something and for some reason she was looking familiar to her.

When she walks towards them, She gets to know that women were Sera's aunt Naira who is currently taking care of Sera's mother. Naira said in an apologetic tone, "I am sorry, we're out of medicine and no one was around and I didn't have your contact so I decided to bring them myself but I didn't know that it will take this long".

Sera didn't stretch things more and just nod and introduce her to her friends. When Naira put her belongings on the table and greet them with a smile. Rexy just didn't like her and so she just nods but Ran was busy in focusing at her stuff it was that same the scarf and the same goggles that lady was wearing but she thought it could be a coincidence also, so she tried to look for that mark around her neck but she wasn't able to see.

Seeing no response from both Rexy and Ran she felt annoyed but didn't show that and excused herself to get change. Rexy didn't even care and walk towards Sera and ask her for some water but Ran was still suspicious, so when no one was looking she looks into the medicine boxes and she saw there were only normal medicines bottle nothing else but still, she hides one of that bottle inside her coat. She was really glad that she was wearing her university coat.

After a while they both take their leave, Rexy decided to drop Ran first. So she drove off for her house in the eastern state it was a bit opposite to her house but she didn't mind. Rexy saw Ran was sighing continuously for a while so she just asked her out "What's bothering you?"

"Huh? nothing It's... Just that I ..her aunt is a bit suspicious " Ran told her truth after a pause.

"Yeah... I don't like her too" Rexy said with furrowed eyebrows,

"Why?" Rexy asked her out of curiosity, she knows that Rexy has this some kind of superpower that she can tell that the person in front of them is faking or is real.

"Ah... Nothing personal but she was being too nice which just don't make sense, when people be too nice then it means they are plotting or something like that but she's her stepfather friend so I guess we don't need to worry"

Rexy said with a straight face but deep down she doesn't even like her stepfather for some reason, he gives some odd vibes to her.

Ran didn't continue further and just give her a nod. After a while Rexy dropped her, taking a goodbye hug she drove away.

Ran kept staring towards the car until it drove away and then walk towards her villa, and after entering in she called someone and said "I want you to do something for me"

"Is this how you ask someone's help?" another person on the line said. His voice was soft and cool like a prison yard.

"I am sending you some material examine them and give me reports till tomorrow" She didn't wait for the response and end the call. After that, she gives that blood sample and medicine bottle to his bodyguard Liam and told him to send this to Aiden. Her father put him as her bodyguard and he only observes her from far so she doesn't mind him.

She met Aiden, three years ago in some competition she doesn't like him at first but after the competition, they both started getting along, he was excellent in medical science but after his father died he occupied his mind to their family business only because he was from the one of the prestigious family just like her and being the only son of Smith family so he gets lots of responsibility. He was popular for his looks and his wealth but the main reason why she was befriended with him was that after Sera and Rexy he was the one who gives her some courage and confidence to take a stand for herself.
