I walk into school the next day to see all eyes all me.

Great.

One of the cons about this town, is that news travels fast. Whether good or bad, under 24 hours, the whole town knows about it.

"What am I hearing about you Alex? You turning bad now?" Alec walks up to me and asks.

"Fuck off Alec."

"I know you love me." He says and I scoff.

"You wish."

"So why are you walking into a lion's den?" He asks again.

"What are people saying about me this time?" I ask as I reach my locker.

"They say you called the new kid a dickhead."

"Yes."

"Wow." He gasps and I roll my eyes. "I never knew you had a death wish."

"What's with all of you going around telling me I have a death wish?" I suddenly shout. "I called him a dickhead yes. If it bothers him, he should hit his head on the fucking wall and suck my balls!"

"Is that really what you want me to do?"

Shit!

Why is this happening to me?!

I close my eyes and count one to five before I slowly turn to look at Matt Harper. I thought he was going to be glaring at me, but somehow, his eyes look mischievous. He had a smirk on and he cocked his head a little.

I'm confused.

I clear my throat. "Yes."

One word.

Just that one word that could ruin you.

I don't know what was happening to me.

Why am I spilling all this words?!

He eyes me and his lips curl up a little

"But you gat no balls." He states.

"I could grow some for you." I say and before he could say anything, I continue. "But I wouldn't let you suck it because you don't worth it."

His 'almost smile' turns into a glare.

Why did I just say that!

"What did you just say?"

"I don't repeat myself." l say and I close my locker and walk off. Leaving my jaw dropped twin alone with a very angry Matt Harper.

As soon as I round the corner, I run to the nearest restroom.

"Why did I do that?! What's wrong with me! Why can't I just keep shut? Why?!"

I pull on the little hair I have.

Mia runs into the restroom and for a moment I think it's Matt.

"Mia, I'm dead!" I whine.

"I told you. I warned you but you didn't listen."

"Why can't I just tape my mouth." I pull my hair again and an idea forms in my head.

"How about I move away?" I turn to her.

"He's Matt Harper. He'll find you." She says and I groan.

"I'm so dead." The bell rings and I groan even more.

"There there. At least you'll still be alive till we finish school." She says and I glare at her. "C'mon, let's get to class."

We both walk to class and I look down immediately I enter.

I settle down and I turn to see Matt looking at me.

This is so not good.

I take my eyes away and try to listen to what the teacher is saying but I can't help but steal glances at him.

His head is back on the table and I sigh a little.

At least he's not watching me anymore.

For the rest of the class, I keep glancing at him but it's like he's sleeping.

The bell rings and he sits up. I quickly takes my eyes off him and I pack my books.

I wait for the class number to reduce and I stand up to block Matt's way.

"What-"

"I'm sorry." I quickly say.

This could go really wrong.

"What did you say?"

"Geez. For a guy who doesn't make repeats, you sure do ask for them a lot." I roll my eyes but then I realized what I said and I bit my lip.

I did it again.

"Well-"

"I said I'm sorry." I interrupt him.

"Well, to what do I whole this honor of you apologising?" He asks with a glint of playfulness in his eyes?

"I went to far with the whole balls thing. I'm sorry."

"Well, it would be interesting to see you grow balls smallie."

"My name is Alexis Dalton. Not smallie." I say sternly.

"Everyone calls you that."

"Then why smallie?"

"Because you are small and cute." He ruffles my hair.

Did he just call me cute?!

Did Matt Harper just ruffle my hair?????

"I hate it."

"I don't care." He walks around me and steps out of the classroom.

I slump down on a chair. My heart is beating fast because he touched my hair.

Just my hair!

Oh lord help thy daughter.

I take in slow breaths and I get up to leave.

''What have you been doing here since?" Mia asks me as she sees me coming out of the class.

"I had to apologise to Matt before he killed me." I explain to her and her eyes widen.

"But you don't apologise! You are Alexis Dalton!"

"I know but I didn't want to die just yet."

"The things you do will get you in trouble one day." She says and I grunt.

"I'm very much aware of that." I sigh and we walk to our next class.
