While it was calm inside Mr. Smith's office, things were bustling in Hotel Grand, as the business event of the year has started and many renowned names of the business industry have started showing up.

Hotel Grand was owned by the Grand family of Country B. They owned one of the largest hotel chains in the world. One of the speciality of their hotels was, its architecture. In the modern era, it gave the vintage palatial look with vast gardens coupled with different species of flowers, which was one of the major attraction of the hotel, a large Victorian era styled fountain stood at the entrance, from there a long road stretches, occupied by small lawns on its both sides, towards the big palatial style door inside the hotel.

The hotel had used best architectural designs of every era which could be blended together in order to give a pleasant and an eye catchy look to the hotel, including big halls with dome styled roofs with starry night patterns, which were perfect for high end functions and could accommodate enormous amount of people, big galleries, round staircases, lawns donned with fountains etc. It ensured to give its guest a feel of living in the past era.

For today's award function, cars were stopping in front of the fountain, after alighting the guest had to walk the red carpet, the sides of the red carpet was filled with reports with their high end cameras, clicking pictures and asking questions, as much as they can.

After walking almost three fourth of the distance, a small stage was set up where the people can get clicked and the MC would welcome them followed by a small QA session.

The guests have started coming in and till now many influential families have graced the function with their presence but everyone was quite excited for this one person, Lily Jones. This was the first time that she was attending an award function. Even after getting many business awards for her work in past years, she never came forward to attend one of those as her representative always collected it for her and everytime the response was same, 'that she is dealing with an health issue and as soon as she recovers she will be gracing us with her presence'.

Today was the lucky day when people will be able to see her for the first time, apart from those who have had business deals with her.
