1 The Beginning
Hey, wake up Emma made breakfast" Jessica said while swinging me in my bed
"I'll go down in 5 more minutes" i said while still closing both my eyes
"That's what you said yesterday and we were late an hour you idiot"
"Fine I'm getting up let's go what time is it?" i forced myself up to bed
"Its 7.55 let's go eat we're gonna be late" she said while grabbing my hand, we went down the stairs to eat some food
"Wait what? why didn't u wake me up earlier? you idiot"

When i was a kid my parent's hated me they always say I'm a mistake, a freak because my left eye were red and my right eye were blue land soon they left me to die from the sewers.
You're wondering why didn't I go back to my house? That's because I don't care anymore, why should I go back when I'll be treated like shit anyways. After a few hours i saw a girl came in to the sewers,
"Hey what are you doing here?" The girl said
"I've been abandoned by my parents leave me alone" i said
"Wow your eyes look cool, can I touch it" she said while her hand was reaching my eyes
"No, don't touch me! don't you think I'm a freak?"
"Why? is it because your different? why don't you look at my eyes? I'm different too" she said while smiling
I then looked at her eyes, her left eye was white and his right eye was brown, without thinking i said "Wow, were the same!?"
"you said you didn't have a house right? why not go to my house?" she said while sitting down beside me
"I'm not a part of your family why would they accept me?"
"It's okay I'm not they're family too" she said while smiling like an idiot
"what do you mean?" i questioned her
"i live in an orphanage come on follow me" she grabbed my hand, i then followed her because I was curious
"We're here" she said while pointing a house
The house that she was pointing in was ruined down, and Infront of the school there was a lot of kids playing around.
"Emma" she screamed, Then a young lady came out of the house
"Yeah, what's up Jessica did you get stung again?" the young lady laughed
"No, this is more important let him live here!" She said
"What? No, Forget it I don't even know who your name is and I don't want to trouble her" i said
"Okay then my name is Jessica Jocelyn and her name is Emma, nice to meet you what's your name?" she said while crouching and getting near my face
"My name is not living here my age is not your problem, Bye" I said while turning back and going to the sewers
"Don't worry you can stay here" Emma said, I turned around shocked
"why? you don't even know my name?" i asked her
"It's okay, Just promise me one day when you're big just let me eat for free" Emma laughed
And from that day on I lived with Emma and Jessica

"Emma & Kids We're going" i said
We step outside and I grabbed my bicycle and pedaled as fast as I can but something strong grabbed my bike it was Jessica.
"How dare you go on without me" Jessica said while grabbing on my back seat
"Fine, Hop on"
When we were in the middle of traffic Jessica said"Hey i think it's time you should sell your bike, Emma really needs the money"
"I-i know" Our orphanage was not well funded because there was too much kids in the place, i once recommended her too give a few kids to another orphanage but he didn't want to. Because of some weird reasons
I pedalled as fast as I can and arrived at school at 7.28, that means I have 2 minutes to talk with the boys
"Oi, what's up great weather ey?" somebody with an afro said, His name is Anthony he believes that the 70-90s were the best year despite him being born in the 2000's.
"What do you mean it's dark outside it's probably going to rain in about 10-20 minutes" i said confused "Anyway where's Adam he owe me some shit"
"he said he's sick" the afro man said
"That dickhead" i sighed "Guess I'll just eat bread for today"
"Hey I just remembered have you studied for the test yet?"
I was shocked "There's a test?"
"Yeah you idiot didn't I tell you yesterday?"
"Fuck!" i punched my table.
Then something just hit the side of my head as I turned around somebody said"Oi red eye'd freak why are you still here" it was Danny.
He's just the worst he always bully me because I'm different, and you know what's the worst part is? he doesn't even bully Jessica even though she's a freak like me. You might be asking you're tall why don't you just defend yourself? for what? even if i do beat him he'll just tell his parents. and his parents are the the prime minister of England of course I can't beat him up
why does life fucking sucks sometimes. The teacher walks in and class starts.
It was test time there was 40 questions and I wasn't confident at all. I'm sure I won't get a good score let alone over 40. Meanwhile Jessica over there was done in 5 minutes and I'm sure she's gonna get 100 and brag about it. why do we have to study about something so useless!.
After school I looked to the right and checked the windows. It's raining cats & dogs I guess we have no choice to wait it out
Suddenly the water turned red, I freaked out i almost falled from my chair. I checked it out despite not having an umbrella but Jessica stopped me.
"What are you doing?" she grabbed my shirt
"Investigating" i said while looking back at him
"Investigating what?" she asked me
"Check the windows" i pointed at the window
"Wait is that blood?" she was shocked but I'm guessing she was trembling with excitement. i don't know if that's a good sign or a bad sign
"Well, go on then, Let's Investigate together"
We went out of the school entrance to see there was a monster who was killing people.
I was shocked. What the fuck is that? who are these people? am i seeing things?
I saw an 8 legged giant dog. I almost fell and Jessica was frightened she wanted to scream monster but she couldn't.
T-the thing, the monster opened his mouth and its razor sharp teeth swallowed somebody. Jessica screamed "Help!!"
The monster turned around and ran to us, I have to run there's no way we're going to beat that thing. I grabbed her hand and make a run to the school.
I'd rather let everybody get killed then letting her die. We ran but the monster was catching up to us we clearly can't outrun it.
I stopped and told Jessica "Run, call the cops there's a monster here. After you're done calling the cops signal me and you have to run away from school and I'll scream the top of my lungs to tell the students" i said
"But" She said
"GO! don't look back, Move. do you really think a giant like me would lose to a monster like him?" i said reassuring her i would won but is there a way to win? I'm just some kid who isn't athletic or even smart.
I'm sorry, Good thing you're clueless about these kinds of things. When you're done calling the cops, I won't be helping them I'll run, you might call me a coward but I'd rather you hate me because of that then you dying here.
My heart was pounding and weirdly enough my left eye hurts it was itchy. But i cant stop running, If i stop now i might die.
I then ran around the school then suddenly I saw a bow, I grabbed the bow & arrow. When I grabbed it, It felt right like it was waiting for me to shoot it.
I placed the arrow on the bow and I draw it back as far as I can then I aimed at her head and release.
When I release the arrow and it hit his head. It suddenly turn into ice. What the? Am I on drugs? did I drink too much beer? N-no I'm not even 17 yet and i couldn't even afford lunch how am I going to buy drugs.
It just doesn't make sense, Then somebody earlier who was fighting the monster came up to me "Did you do this?" he said
"Y-yeah" i said hesitantly, He bowed and said "Thank you, You must be from Team EX please let me do something for you. My name is Ricky"
Jessica screamed "H-hey i already called the poli--" she couldn't believe what she was seeing neither do i how did i even make it into ice? "what the did you do this? You really did beat the monster damn I guess I really misunderstood a twig like you" Jessica said while coming near me with a smile. "Y-you piece of shit you had me worried I thought you were going to die" that smile turned into a frown and she started crying while hugging me naturally i hugged her back too.
"Hey then that means you werent from Team EX!" Ricky said
"I guess not sorry" i said
"Eliminate them, They have the eye" he said while ordering his squad to eliminate us
The eye? what is that? "W-wait i don't know what your talking about let's talk" i said hoping that I can reason with them
"Men Shoot on the count of three"
"Stop" Somebody said. It was a girl who was wearing a black blazer
"Who are you!" Ricky said
"I'm from EX, Code is 0"
As soon as she said that everybody stopped. I grab Jessica's hand and run to the school hoping that we can out run and confuse her.
But when I turned back and look she was gone but, then i hit something, something hard She was standing in front of us. i saw his eyes it was red and white, We're doomed. every single organ in my body said run. But i can't be scared now i just have to kill it. Yeah i have to
"I-if you want her you have to kill me" i said, i was scared there's no way I could win, Heck if the agents and us were to team up i doubt we could even leave a scratch.
"There's no need to be afraid just tell me how did you win fighting the monster" she said while coming near me
"w-what? o-ok I'll explain"and then i explained everything to her
"So you have the power too huh?" she said
what? what power? "I'm sorry i think you misunderstood, the one who freeze it was probably those guys they probably have some gadget's that could turn that thing into an ice statue" i said
"No we don't have that, our organization lack the brains to make that"
"Our?" i said
"Yeah, you'll join right?" she said with sparkling eyes
"No, I don't even know how I used it plus im still in middle school"
"You in middle school?" she laughed "yeah you're probably the teacher of this middle school, so why don't you join us you'll get tons of money to spend"
"I'm speaking the truth!"
"Um, sorry to bother but the rain is almost gone and the students are going to look at us and see this pile of thing in ice" Jessica said
"Don't worry i have powers like him, my power is the illusion"
"So from the looks of your eyes you too have the power?" she looked at Jessica's eyes
"Anyway we have to go, goodbye nice meeting you" i said while grabbing her hand
we sat down in my bike and pedaled as far away from that place.
