The Utter Dilemma

Jeanne talked to the doctor in whisper, asking him to keep her body state a secret from Aaron. As soon as they finished talking, Aaron knocked the door and went inside.

"So, how was everything?" asked Aaron curiously.

The doctor seemed hesitated to reply but Jeanne gave him sign to remember their deal just now.

"Hm, nothing much. Just lack of rest due to overwork. Maybe can rest for few days and everything should be okay" said the doctor.

Aaron listened to him focusly.

"Okay, so you will rest here until tomorrow night" ordered Aaron while looking at Aaron. Jeanne wanted to against the suggestion but she was too tired and decided to recharge her energy. She then slept directly after Aaron fed her with medicine. Aaron had a few talked with the doctor before the doctor excused himself.

Aaron then walked towards Jeanne again in the bedroom. He took a place beside Jeanne, reaching for her hands while Jeanne was deeply asleep. He watched Jeanne until he ended up sleeping at the side of the bed.

Hours after that, Jeanne woke up from the deep sleep. She detected Aaron's presence beside her. Aaron's hand was still firmly hold Jeanne's hand. Jeanne took a moment to appreciate Aaron's features.

With the fair skin, thick brows, pointed nose and very playful lips, oh my!

This creature is so perfect, said Jeanne silently in her heart.
