Dave's Corner: Episode 3

WELL.

WASN'T THAT RECENT UPDATE LOVELY?

Hello everyone! I am Dave Willis, manager of Queen's top model, Hera. I welcome you all for another episode of Dave's Corner wherein we discuss the characters, the happenings and fun facts about our story [Heiress: The Revenge of Hera].

Or simply rant if I feel like it. This episode is best read after Chapter 19-21.

We shalt discuss the most awaited: Louvre summer mansion. To keep this simple, I won't give you a chunk of a paragraph to describe the house in detail. Instead, we are bulleting things out.

Let us begin with the specifics:

▷Property Size: 4212 sq. ft.

FIRST FLOOR: 1792 sq. ft.

SECOND FLOOR: 2420 sq. ft.

▷Inspired from: Victorian Era

▷Color: Ivory in beige trim

▷Property View: Beach front (well, technically above a cliff)

▷Propery lawn: Tea pavillion, wrap around porch and rose garden

▷Parking: Yes, but about a three minute walk

INTERIOR:

1st Floor- Foyer, Dining Area, Library, Great Room, Breakfast Nook, Kitchen, Patio

2nd Floor- Hibiscus Suite (Hera's Suite), Great Room/Den to the balcony, Guest Suite (this is where I stay), Bedroom #3, Bedroom #4, Bedroom #5, Gameroom, and Music Room.

**You have no idea how many bedrooms this house has. Bedroom 3 and 5 are actually connected having a small entry way between because these were the brothers' rooms back when they were children.**

Let's talk about the Hibiscus Suite!

At first glance, it looks like a regular rosewood door with a carved hibiscus flower on the knob. This intricate detail was specifically requested by none other than Ursula Louvre as she was very much into art.

The suite was shaped like a cross, with four sections radiating from the central atrium. Each wing was as large as my apartment. Don't ask. Upon entry was a foyer glazed in warm wall light that would make you feel like home. The wing to the left was a dressing area/bathroom tiled in pink and beige, Ursula's favourite colours. The perks included a vanity, a hot tub size of a mini pool, a walk-in wardrobe, a walk-in shower and a walk-in toilet before the bath.

Further in from the living room were white sofas lined facing the television. Then in the sleeping area, a king sized bed stood tall above the tier of steps beneath it.

And of course the signature balcony which completed the cross like structure of the suite. Best place to relax and view the sunset sinking to the ocean.

Ain't that lovely? I do hope this isn't the first and last time Hera/Eve visits her mother's mansion. Technically it's hers now, but I still haven't told her that. The kid's too young to handle property matters. For now, I'll take care of her belongings until she matures and fair well in the future.

That's all for today! See you next time for another of Dave's Corner. ☆

*choir of angels* Ahhhhhhh~

(Well, that's new?)
