Chapter 5: Zero-chan~

(1'st POV)

"Hm, this looks like a prison, why is the Human-Klaxo Sapien here?" I asked nobody in particular as I was really quite confused

As I peeked through the window, I could see a cute loli who had pink hair and reddish skin, I could also sense that she was the Human-Klaxo Sapien, I could now quite understand why she was in prison as I knew that she was the only Human-Klaxo Sapien Hybrid in the entire planet and although the wounds on her body have healed completely, I could still see signs of being experimented on using my law of TIME

I felt quite sad seeing this, I knew that such evils existed in various places within 'Little Garden' but I didn't pay attention to it, but now seeing this innocent girl like this I felt sad and responsible, Sure I can't eradicate all evil as it would disrupt the balance of the void and many complications will occur which will lead to the extinction of all beings, I want to save this little girl in front of me

"Hey, what is your name?" I asked the little girl who seemed quite afraid noticing me approaching her

"Don't worry, I won't harm you" I said to her with a genuine smile on my face after seeing the girl's innocent eye's even after going through such injustices

"Awa-a-wa-awaawa" The girl tried to speak but couldn't as she clearly didn't know how to

'Hm, she can't speak?' I thought as I formed a mental link with her

'Can you understand me now?' I asked her which caused her to widen her eyes after which she nodded her head repeatedly

[Izayoi is using the law of SPACE to bend reality to transmit his thoughts to her and vice-versa]

'I-I ca-can he-hear you' I heard her say to me through our mental link

'What is your name?' I asked her

'I don't have an n-name, ' She replied

'Then why don't I call you Zero Two?' I said as I noticed 00-2 written on her tag

'I like it, Ze-Zero Two, sound's nice' She said with a big smile

As I was thinking of inviting her to play with me and rescue her from this place, she suddenly tugged my sleeve and shoved a picture book in my embrace, it was titled 'The Beast And The Prince'

'Do you want me to read this to you?' I asked her

'Read it! Read it!' She said while nodding her head repeatedly

'Hm, okay I will read it to you, but do you want to go outside?' I asked her

'How is it there?' She asked quite confused as she had never been taken outside

'It's a beautiful place, come with me I will show you' I exclaimed as I held her tiny soft hands

After she held my hand, I created a portal using my law of SPACE which teleported us outside the facility, though I experienced some obstruction from the barrier, I ignored it as it was extremely trivial

(3'rd POV)

In front of a beautiful house made up of snow (Ice), one could see a portal opening from which an adorable boy and a cute loli of the same age came out

They were our protagonist Izayoi and Zero Two

'Come inside, I will read you the book inside the house, don't worry it feels nice here~' Izayoi said to Zero as he dragged her inside

After getting inside, Izayoi sat on a couch and placed Zero Two in his lap where she seemed quite comfortable and started narrating the story to her

(After an hour)

'Izayoi! Izayoi!, What is marriage?' Zero Two asked Izayoi who she had gotten quite close to in the past hour and Zero-Two could now understand and think complete sentences quite clearly though she couldn't talk yet

'Hm, A marriage is something you do with a person you love Zero-Chan' Izayoi replied

'Really? But what's love?' Zero Two asked Izayoi

'Love is quite magical when you fall in love with someone, you would feel safe and happy when around him/her, It's a complex feeling and I don't know anymore than that as I myself haven't fallen in love with someone yet Zero-chan' I said to her who was looking at me with star's in her eye's

'Really? Then does that mean that I love you Izayoi? As I feel quite magical and happy around you, and I don't want to separate from you, Do I love you Izayoi? Are we going to get married? Will we have a family together just like they wanted in the book?' Zero-Two asked Izayoi in a frenzy who was quite dumbfounded

'I don't know Zero-Chan as I have never experienced love before, but I feel the same towards you Zero-Chan, I want to stay close to you and protect you, It gives me immense happiness and if you want to get married we can get married once we get older' Izayoi said to Zero Two with a smile on his face

'Yay! Then you will be my darling from now on Izayoi' Zero Two said to Izyoi quite excited at the thought

'Yup, I will be your darling from now on Zero-chan, now let's go and play with the snow outside as we have finished reading the book' Izayoi said to Zero Two as he started guiding her towards the door by holding her tiny hands

As they got out of the door they were blinded by a flash of light aimed at them which made them close their eyes and as Izayoi analyzed them he realized who they were

They were the soldiers of the APE council...

[APE council is one of the top governing bodies of the Japan region and assists humanity to repel the klaxosaurs that threaten to eradicate humanity]

[Izayoi was not able to sense the soldiers that were coming towards him because he doesn't keep his consciousness connected to the void at all time, as doing that will give unnecessary strain to his mind and he has no interest to know what Aunt A told to Uncle B and what Aunt C had eaten for dinner yesterday, although the experiences he had gained will not disappear and integrate as his own memories (blacksmithing, alchemy, kendo, cooking, swordsmanship, etc...). Though he would have still gotten alert if the soldiers had come too near to his location, because of Zero Two's sudden proposition his brain short-circuited and he didn't pay attention to his sense's and was solely focused on Zero Two and thus the soldiers managed to get near him]

[This also shows the Izayoi is not mature enough and in essence is still a child, as although he knows how to kill precisely after experiencing the skills of countless warriors across the 'Little Garden' when he connected his consciousness to the void, he hasn't gained the blood lust and the battle sense of those countless warriors as he only experienced their skills and not the experience of killing and the feeling's those countless beings had encountered in their life]

Anyway I will try to deliver another chapter today itself but there will be a guaranteed chapter tomorrow
