1 Operation Spiral
Uzushiogakure Village was a nice place to live...
It was the home of the Uzumaki clan and a refuge for members of the Senju, Uchiha, and Hyuga clans in addition to various Shinobi and Kunoichi around the world who wanted to maintain their independence.
Many had not agreed with the idea of founding of a Konoha completely dependent on the Fire Nation.
Uzushiogakure was also a Ninja village located on an island with difficult access so they did not depend on any nation.
And that made it dangerous in the eyes of the Daimyo.
For that reason, in extremely secret meetings, the five leaders of the Elemental Nations, Kage, and Daimyo, in heated discussions, debated over and over again, concluding that an independent village was a dangerous idea for the world order achieved after the first two Great Ninja Wars.
So, it was agreed that to ensure the political balance of the Elemental Nations, Uzushio should disappear.
Except for a few survivors intentionally spared to keep the Uzumaki blood alive and the Fuinjutsu they could steal, their village, along with its customs and everything related to its way of life, would be devoured by fire and destruction so that the clan could never be reborn.
However, that terrible decision was declared an absolute secret by the leaders of the nations, who would have to act with extreme caution until the operation was developed.
Unfortunately, the Uzushio spy network was able to learn of such an aberration against his existence.
The supposed secret operation was already known to their objective, and the Uzumaki decided they would not resign.
Despite their caring ways, they, too, had their Ninja pride and would not disappear without a fight.
However, not everything was as simple as it seemed...
Under the argument that they were carrying out military exercises, the naval forces of the Water Nation gradually and strategically surrounded the entire sea surrounding Uzushio.
The situation was unknown to the civilians and most of the Ninja staff, but the highest-ranking leaders knew that it was a matter of time before all hell broke loose on their home and everything was destroyed since no matter how capable they were, the Shinobi of Uzushio had no chance of surviving against the alliance of the best Ninja of the Elemental Nations.
Due to the subtle maritime detour, a massive evacuation of people would only serve as a trigger to unleash hell since, in the open sea, it would be little more than target shooting.
And there was no other option but to die heroically, as they had no allies other than the treacherous Konoha, who was going to stab them 'by surprise'.
However, a heroic extinction remained the total disappearance of her people. For Akihiko, the Uzukage (Whirlpool Shadow), the Uzumaki could not resign themselves to just disappearing, but neither could they go on a blind slaughter that would guarantee the total extermination of their people.
After thinking it over carefully, Akihiko concluded: unfortunately, for the moment, the Uzumaki Clan without royal allies was doomed, but they could well use that to their advantage.
Using the genetic technology that Uzushio had as their highest military secret, they could create their successor, the perfect Uzumaki. The one who would later carry on and revive what had fallen today.
To show humans that the Uzumaki could also exterminate their enemies, even if it took their time.
The world didn't know it then but in trying to prevent the Uzumaki from becoming a threat, they had sparked the creation of the man who would bring them to ruin.
The code name for this project which the long term, would create a new future for the Uzumaki, an Uzumaki which would devour the rest of the Ninja world, was Operation Spiral.
In a harsh and dark session with the most prominent researchers from the village in one of the most secret bunkers, Akihiko revealed all the details about Operation Vertical, the code name for the Elemental Nations' villages working together to annihilate them.
After several hours of debate and angry discussions, Akihiko imposed his viewpoint on the experts which was finally approved.
With this, the first step of Operation Spiral was to clone a girl named Kushina Uzumaki.
Kushina was currently located in Konoha who had, in order not to raise suspicions, requested that the aforementioned young woman come to the Ninja village of the Fire Nation in order to replace the old Mito Uzumaki.
All of this was so that she could become the new Jinchuuriki of the Kyuubi.
In an extremely discreet manner, the Uzumaki spied on prominent clan members living outside the village and learned that the legendary Fuinjutsu master knew all about Operation Vertical. However, her loyalty was already with Konoha. So, the Uzumaki considered her a traitor to the clan and decided that she would pay.
Even after her death...
The request was returned with due approval and speed to avoid raising suspicions, so there would be two weeks to work: one on which the answer reached its destination and another in which the envoys from Konoha went to the village by the young lady.
So without delay, all of Uzushio's experts went to work to bring Operation Spiral to life.
The first thing was to obtain a DNA sample of the original Kushina, which was not difficult since they put her under a very powerful Genjutsu so that she would not find out anything about the Spiral Project.
They kept her in a container with special recovery liquid to that did not have bacteria so as not to affect progress.
Later they created a clone of her to take her place temporarily, and no one suspected anything.
Then one of the researchers, a member of the Yamanaka Clan, checked the girl's mind to find out who her loyalty was with.
Sadly, the envoys from Konoha had visited her and informed her about Operation Vertical, and she had agreed with the village.
She admired Mito Uzumaki too much and that admiration had far exceeded her loyalty to the clan.
For the Uzumaki Princess to agree had enraged all on-site staff.
They thought of executing her as a traitor, but after analyzing her DNA, the purity of her Uzumaki gene was close to 100%.
She also carried the Adamantine Sealing Chains, the special sealing technique of the Uzumaki that served to contain the Bijuu.
To the displeasure of almost all of them, it was the ideal container to give birth to their future prince.
Later they also began to see more benefits of it.
Konoha would not be suspicious of Kushina, as she willingly had agreed to betray Uzushio as well as being influenced by Mito Uzumaki.
In their minds, she would be completely loyal to her village. So they could keep their future prince in the heart of the enemy, without anyone noticing.
If she later gave birth to more Uzumaki children, they would also have a high degree of genetic purity, so her sentence was decided:
Become a baby factory for the Uzumaki.
In a somewhat perverse way, they decided that Mito deserved similar punishment and thought about how to carry it out as the researchers continued to create their perfect heir before the deadline was met.
The clan's burning desire for survival, little by little made the Uzumaki cross barriers and ethical limits that were previously considered taboo.
Under the masquerade of conducting routine medical tests, in a couple of days, they collected practically the entire gene pool of the Uzushio population.
Uchiha, Hyuga, Senju, Kaguya blood, and several others.
The titanic work of the Uzumaki scientists was admirable since, on the one hand, they had internal conflicts because they repeatedly broke their ethical codes in investigations, but on the other, they showed passion by being informed every day of the suspicious movements of the other villages that were detected in the environment of their home and understood that they were working so that their blood prevailed in the world over all others.
It was soon that they made a new breakthrough and realization.
The genes Uchiha, Senju, Hyuga, Uzumaki, Kaguya, and of an unnamed clan, were 100% compatible since the few defects that some had were compensated by the others. It was as if they were a divine puzzle rather than the simple result of natural evolution.
With this new data, they could relatively quickly shape a nucleus that could maintain the Kekkei Genkai and the virtues of the so-called Rokuchi (Six Bloods). The next thing was to transcribe the entire history of the Uzumaki into a specific gene, which could be consulted for the heir that they were brewing.
Finally, they proceeded to choose the best qualities available in Uzushio's gene pool to perfect his great work as well as give the nucleus unique capabilities.
It was really meticulous and almost unbearable work, but all the participants of the Spiral Project understood the importance of it.
In two weeks, after working tirelessly thanks to the use of stimulants to maximize their performance, they managed to meet their goals, selecting the best traits that they had available, planning a shadowy objective in a message encrypted in his DNA.
A portion of Akihiko's sealed Chakra was planted which had it's conscious wiped out was also planted inside of their heir.
This sealed chakra would act as a computer for the future prince and supply all information and give help when needed.
All of this was for the future Uzumaki Prince to launch their counterattack and establish their hegemony in the Ninja world.
The Uzumaki scientists had thought it all through the compilation of their history, Jutsu, Traditions, etc.
Even programming the nucleus grafted into a Kushina so that its characteristic feature, her red hair, was a recessive gene with a very specific spermicide. They did not want their future heir to be wiped out before he had matured and they had to ensure the future heir would be male.
Thanks to their advanced genetic engineering technology, everything was going perfectly, and even though soon almost everyone would be exterminated, it would only be a tactical defeat.
They would lose the fight but they would not give up the war.
If the Elemental Nations planned to exterminate the Uzumaki out of the simple desire to be independent and able to live by their own rules, then the Uzumaki would become an uncontrollable plague that would devour the Ninja world completely.
The leaders of the Elemental Nations would pay for having messed with the people who had chosen the spiral as their symbol. While there would be a temporary hiatus, in the end, the Uzumaki would prevail at whatever cost.
Once the great work was finished, the scientists proceeded to implant their modified heir in Kushina and then call the clone, subtracting the detailed memories of the week lived to fix them in the mind of the original and thus make sure that she would never know what it was that was housed in her body.
All of this was as she was planned to be the first victim of their chosen heir.
The clone had a decided death beforehand, being destroyed in a special liquid to dissolve cells to remove any traces. At this moment, the only ones who would know what had happened would be the Uzumaki, which was about to be destroyed.
When Uzushio met their inevitable fate, not even the memory of that artificial life would remain.
The next thing was to destroy the huge complex in which Operation Spiral had been developed along with all the documents in which the procedures were carried out and the final result was reflected. There would only be a testimony of all that work in the gene where the entire legacy of the Uzumaki was housed.
Thus, when the unforgivable Vertical Operation took place, the Elemental Nations would not have the slightest idea of the counterattack that their enemies would have prepared.
So, with the best fake smile on her face and teeth out, wishing the best to the Konoha entourage who had finally gone to pick up the little redhead, Akihiko dismissed the new Uzumaki clan's seed incubator.
No matter what time it took or the conditions, they would only leave the world for a little while.
But when they returned, the world would shake from its very foundations.
The Uzumaki clan may fall but it would revive, and it going to devour the world within its whirlwind sooner or later.

R18 stuff will be coming soon but as this is a long fanfic I have to properly set the story. The introduction and story will be somewhat similar to Uzumaki's Strongest Weapon but all of the smut related content in the future will be completely redone.
I really enjoyed the fanfic but honestly some of the smut was really weak so I decided to come rewrite a lot of it. I'll keep the general direction of the story but I'll also change it around as I feel.
