25 CHAPTER - 25 - SKELETON ARMY OF DECES TARTARMUS PART ②

Vanzel thought to himself while he and everyone else were surrounded by a huge undead skeleton army,

"This is the first time my luck went down. Haha! What a fate!"

Alcesto fought against the enormous horde of undead skeleton warriors by destroying their bodies into shreds with his Azure energy. Zhao burnt the skeletons with her flaming magic and if the flaming skeletons approached her, Schwartz would sent them flying away with his Divine Kick. It was one of his special moves where he would dropkick his opponent with divine energy flowing in his leg. However, there were more than thousand skeleton warriors trying to kill their small party of four slayers.

As Vanzel thought of a way of getting out of this ridiculous situation, he observed his surrounding. As he turned right he saw the top of the castle and grinned. He fixed his eyes at the gate of castle, as if he had found some sort of solution to save everyone from this situation.

He forgot about everything and charged towards the castle gate. As he jumped forward from his location to increase his speed in sprinting towards the castle, everybody set their eyes on him.

As Zhao turned slowly to look at the situation of Alcesto and Vanzel, she found Vanzel leaving Alcesto in the tough spot and charging towards the gate. She wanted to say something but was attacked by a skeleton warrior. However, she fought him off, but got surrounded again by a huge group of skeleton warriors. Schwartz was also in the same spot as Zhao but he thought something else. He thought "Vanzel betrayed us. I knew that he would betray us! He left us in this rat trap to die miserably and fled away." He shouted,

"Oi! Oi Vanzel! Where the hell do you think you are running to!!!"

Alcesto completely ignored the current situation and focused on their survival. Vanzel heard Schwartz' words clearly but decided to ignore them. He didn't stopped sprinting. As he proceeded, a skeleton warrior spawned at his every step. He destroyed them in small particles of atoms and continued sprinting forward while erasing them.

Vanzel's special move was 'erasure'. He could completely annihilate or 'erase' his opponents by attacking them with equal force of divine and demonic energy. According to him, he did not erased his opponents, he just broke them into single particles of atom. However, this overpowered technique had two drawbacks. First, it only worked on week opponents and second, it drained huge amount of energy from the body of the person using it. He didn't know how his demonic and godly energy erased his opponents, but he knew that there was something else in his body. There was some kind of special force in his body which was neither demonic nor godly, but because of it he was able to defeat his weak opponents in no time. He was also able to see special entities which had a huge amount of dark aura, or negative aura. He saw some sort of object which contained an enormous amount of dark energy when he looked at the castle gate. While sprinting, he thought,

"Looks like I found the solution for our problem. That darkness filled object might be the root of the problem. It might be distributing the dark energy to the undead so the skeletons keep on spawning. If I, Vanzel, destroy this, the problem will over!"

He reached the castle gate and saw the object which had abnormal amount of dark energy in it. It was like a flower vase, but the only difference was that it had a dying flower in it, instead of a blooming one. Vanzel destroyed the vase in thought of saving everyone, but, when he turned to look back, nothing had changed. The skeletons were gaining an upper hand in the combat as their numbers kept on increasing. He panicked a little bit, but, he didn't lost his composure because of his calm personality. He looked at the dying flower and tried to use his 'erasure' ability on it. He destroyed the flower into atoms with his abilities and all the dark energy it was releasing, fled up in the air and went inside the only window at the top of the castle. The skeletons with which Alcesto and others were fighting also got buried with the sand under the ground as their dark energy got sucked by their bodies. The sand's colour turned back to being normal rather than dark black. The dark dust tornadoes disappeared but the black sky didn't cleared.

Alcesto knew that Vanzel would never betray him since he believed in his ability to know about one's personality. He also believed in the personality of Vanzel. Zhao didn't cared about it much since she only wished for everyone to be safe and sound. Schwartz apologized Vanzel a hundred times for his rude behavior and the words he said to him earlier about betrayal. Schwartz kept on babbling,

"I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!..."

Vanzel calmed him down and said,

"It's alright. I forgive you because it would have been a valid response for anyone, even myself."

Schwartz guilt-free and said,

"I'm so glad you are an understanding person. I would have been felling really guilty if you hadn't have forgotten me."

Zhao felt relieved and said with a smile on her face,

"I'm glad that you both made up. It would have been difficult if the team leader had any problems with the vice leader."

While everybody had a smile of relief, Alcesto stepped in between and said,

"Well then! Let's continue on our hellish adventure, shall we?!"

Everybody replied with a 'yes' and they continued moving forward. While they entered the castle, they didn't knew that since the time they entered, they were being watched by the dark entity, a hellish God, Deces Tartarmus. She was a hellish God, but her body wasn't as fierce as hellish creatures like demons since she was a higher being. She was 5.9 feet tall. She had a dark skin but a curvy and beautiful body. She had long and black hairs. Her forehead was printed with some kind of red arrow tattoo, but it looked like a birthmark. She was in her early 20's in Earthly years but she was more than a twenty thousand years old in godly years. Even though she was a hellish God, she had a very soft voice. She was wearing black Megalithium armour which was very rare. She was standing near the window. She breathed at the window and backed off from it. While walking forward, she said,

"I hate that Vanzel guy! I hated how he was grinning at me from the ground! That Scorch guy is also so rude and so dense, ugh! That Alcesto guy looks good but has some serious mental issues! I have to kill them, definitely kill them!

As she walked away, the part of the window where she breath, was corroded and turned into liquid, that was her 'DEATH BREATH'.
