45 Breaking the illusion

Over 10 hours passed since Qin Tian had been stuck in the dimensional creature's stomach. He could feel his body was slowly corroding by the acids of the dimensional creatures.

It was not painful, but it was as if the dimensional creatures feeding on his positive thoughts, from time to time, he was getting negative thoughts like killing himself, and illusions of his family were getting killed before his eyes while he was powerless to do anything.

"Idiot, they are all illusions, Wake up!" Whenever he lost in the illusion, Susu would be there to help him. Although she was noisy, he couldn't help but feel having Susu with him was a fortune.

After 10 hours, Qin Tian mastered the second stage of the divine mortal eyes and he was on the verge of a breakthrough to the third level. But he encountered a bottleneck and struggled with how to solve it.

Meanwhile, Li Wan'er was still in the illusion, desperate and hopeless. She didn't know how long she had been walking, as there was no concept in the illusion.

Every time she went near the cliff, her luck acted and saved her from taking a straight path as she took a detour.

But now, her luck was running out and walking straight towards the cliff.

After he reached the 3rd stage, his previous black eyes had a touch of golden gleam and they looked holy as if the heavenly son himself descended.

Qin Tian then following Susu's instruction, found the formation's eyes and broke them at the same time. There were seven formation eyes, each sealed one sense, and according to her, he would need to break them at the same time.

While finding the formation eye was the hardest job of all the formation, formation eyes were the weakest point and he destroyed them.

After devouring Qin Tian, the dimensional creature didn't move and floated where it was in satisfaction. The dimensional creatures were fed upon the void so they actually didn't need meat to live, but to level up to the next level, they would need the help of cultivators.

The Cultivators seldom entered the dimensional crack and even if they did, they were too powerful to eat them, however, a young lamb like Qin Tian was too rare and although it felt regret that it let it pass another lamb, the dimensional creature was satisfied by the Qin Tian.

He seems to be a good meal. Even the bloodline power emitting from him is too powerful that I have never seen. The dimensional creature thought, however, its countenance suddenly changed as it felt extreme pain in the stomach as if internal organs ruptured open.

The dimensional creature didn't dare to waste time and spat out Qin Tian with an enraged expression.

Li Wan'er was currently standing at the edge of a cliff. One more step, she was as good as dead. But to her, there was endless land ahead of her, waiting to explore and break the illusion.

Wan'er was panicked and also felt hope. Turning around, she left the cliff and ran towards the source of the sound. Perhaps, it was Qin Tian who was fighting with chaotic creatures, and although she was not as strong as him, who knew, she might help him.

Every creature alerted and following the spiritual presence, they arrived at the mountain and the other side of the mountain was where Li Wan'er was standing.

In the illusion, she didn't know there was a mountain located, and all she could see was plain land. Unbeknownst to her, she climbed up and down the mountain arrived before the chaotic creatures.

Chaotic creatures grinned sensing the cultivator's presence near them and not attacking her, they made strange voices.

"Tian! Are you there?" Li Wan'er shouted. She couldn't see from the illusion, and perhaps he was there, outside, and waiting for her.

After the chaotic creatures made a strange voice, they fought between each other. They were probably fighting over her. But it seems they couldn't come to a deal and a fight broke out. After all, a powerful hand had always been the upper hand.

While they were fighting, a chaotic creature sneakily walked toward her, trying to smash her to the death.

Not receiving any reply, Li Wan'er despaired, but soon she felt extreme danger and dodged to the side.

The moment she dodged aside, an invisible pressure fell on the place where she was standing and the force broke the illusion.

After the chaotic creature broke the illusion, she stood stunned as her legs gave in and terror was apparent in her eyes.

Where am I? Large giant-like creatures fighting while one of them was trying to kill her. She was scared shitless that her body didn't hear her commands.

The chaotic creature gave another punch, but she couldn't dodge. She felt despair and desperate; she wanted to live. She hadn't found her mother yet. How could she die now? Then at that time, Qin Tian's words rang in her brain.

"Yes. He sacrificed himself to save me. How I could die in fear? Damn! Get up! Wan'er you can do it," Li Wan'er shouted as she resolved her determination and rolled sidewards to dodge the punch.
