I mysteriously kill

Right then, I just did what my guts told me to do, I tried using my Katana to cut one of his arms but it bounces of his skin and then he swatted my Katana like it was a bee that was pestering him, sending it flying into the woods.

"Great, there goes my Katana" I said before stepping back to avoid getting eaten by a land snake dragon, I really hoped it didn't breathe fire , but yet again the angel of luck didn't just love me. The demon opened its mouth and fire came out of it.

I would have been burnt to crisps if only Leon hadn't stepped in front of me, blocking me with his body, at first I was worried about him but I remembered he was wearing that heavenly armor, the fire couldn't hurt him.

While Leon was desperately fighting the demon, I asked Iris who was sweating 'was she afraid?' what or rather who it was since I already knew it was demon.

"His name is Stryker, he is a minor ruler of the demons, though he isn't one of the 'Demonic Moons', he is still strong enough to kill us"

"So you're saying, we can't kill it?" I said keeping an eye on Leon, he wasn't doing any damage at all, he could only block with his shield, it came with the armor.

"We're still to weak, with our current strength and power level, it would be nearly impossible" She said 'the impossible' quietly, so quiet that I had to read her lips.

I nodded and did the only the thing that came to my mind.

"Leon, back out, we're taking a strategical retreat" I yelled so that he could hear me.

He immediately used his shield to push Stryker back and came running towards my direction. Iris was already way ahead of us, I waited till Leon had passed me before I started my own race.

We kept on running into the woods, we didn't care, we just wanted to survive. I could hear Stryker behind us, he followed us.

'Shit..' I cursed.

I immediately stopped in my tracks, the other two were still running ahead, I waited till there out of my sight, I didn't want all of us to die. I decided to face Stryker on my own, the sound of Stryker getting closer made me want to rethink it. I wasn't powerful, I didn't even have a weapon.

I looked at my empty sheath, only it wasn't empty, the Katana was there, but how?. By the time I looked up, Stryker had already arrived, I was ready to die if it meant my friends were safe, I pulled my Katana and took a stance.

Stryker laughed and his head became human, "You're the only one facing me, what makes you think you stand a chance alone?" His voice had changed now, it was sinister, mocking and demonic.

I didn't reply,

"Well, I love your courage, too bad you die here"

He changed back and lunged at me.

I charged in, but he scratched my chest with his claw, I winced in pain, I went for another try but this time I went for his eye, it worked. He yelled in pain.

I smiled at myself

Stryker hissed and bit my shoulder and a whip from his tail followed. I landed on the ground, before I could react, something like a tentacle tied me and started taking me into the air. I looked at the ground, then Stryker.

He was smirking, laughing, at me. I was weak, just then I felt rage, I saw red, I didn't know what happened but I could feel my body become hot, ancient Greek and roman marks started appearing on my body, the next thing I knew was blank.

ANTHONIO

I couldn't remember the last time I felt alive, I looked at the puny demon holding me with his tentacles, laughing, didn't it know who I was and how did I get here?

I immediately used my aura blast to destroy his tentacles, there is a look of shock on its face. I land softly on my feet and start to walk away, the puny object tried burning me but I wasn't even scarred, I got annoyed at it. It blinked his eye and I was already at his back with my Katana drawn, I sheathed my Katana and its head fell on the floor.

"Too weak" I said before I noticed my voice had changed, I went to the nearest puddle, I looked at my image, it was different, I was young, around seventeen I presumed. Then everything came back to me, I was in my vessel's body, I remembered the last thing before I was killed.

Lucifer piercing through my body through an ambush. I get angry that I hit the water.

I heard voices from the distance, a girl and a boy, both are hunters, weak but still hunters.

"Must be this vessels friends" I thought out loud. I was happy that I could finally live again but I decided to leave the boy be.

"He would die soon anyway." I said before sinking back into his consciousness, waking him up.

THESEUS BLACKHEART

My head hurt, like a lot. I couldn't remembered what had exactly happened, the last thing I knew was that I was going to be demon food. I looked around snake head was dead, his head was on the floor next to me, lifeless.

"Theo…" I turned to see Leon and Iris.

Iris eye started tearing up, "Idiot, don't do something as stupid as that again or I will kill you" she said as she hit me.

I managed a laugh.

"Jeez, we thought you were a goner….. how did you do it" Leon said pointing to Stryker's dead body. It started to disintegrate, dust by dust.

I began to wonder, what did I do? What had exactly happened?.

They seemed to notice, so they didn't ask any more.

"Well, he's dead and won't be back anytime soon" Iris said, there was suspense in her voice. I had a feeling she wanted to know how I did it.

Honestly I couldn't remember, but somehow I knew that it had to do with that demon in me.

"Let's start moving then" I picked up myself and moved ahead of them, turned and smiled. They smiled back and came with me.
