Elemental Souls
Elemental Souls are souls of elemental beasts that can be fused with someone to increase their speed, strength, endurance and so on or give them unique traits relating to the elemental soul.
Each Mana Pillar can contain 2 Elemental Souls to go with the Element it holds within itself.
Elemental Souls can be made stronger by defeating elemental beasts, but it wont give all of the beast's strength. For example, if a Magus fused with 1 White Elemental Soul and defeated a Blue-Ranked Elemental beast, the White Soul would probably upgrade into a Red Elemental Soul, not a Blue Elemental Soul. This doesn't mean that it cannot be upgraded into a Blue Elemental Soul, it just means that it would take more elemental beasts to happen. Of course, there is an infinitesimally small chance of even finding a Blue-Ranked Elemental beast, much less beating it. The other problem about trying to make your Elemental Soul become stronger, is that when it becomes a Red Elemental Soul, there is a bottleneck to becoming a Blue Elemental Soul that none have been able to get over for an unknown reason.
Elemental Souls have 6 ranks, which are -
- Blue Elemental Soul
- Red Elemental Soul
- Black Elemental Soul
- Purple Elemental Soul
- Yellow Elemental Soul
- White Elemental Soul
A White Elemental Soul is a soul that is 0 - 100 years old and gives the one who defeated it 1 skill that is not very strong. This type of Elemental Soul can be fused with any ranked magus.
A Yellow Elemental Soul is a soul that is 100 - 1000 years old and can give the person it belongs to a special trait along with a more powerful skill than a White Elemental Soul. This type of Elemental Soul can be fused with any magus the rank of Junior Magus or higher.
A Purple Elemental Soul is a soul that is 1000 - 10000 years old and is much stronger than White or Yellow
Elemental Souls and may give high benefits to the person who it belongs to. This type of Elemental Soul can be fused with any magus the rank of Senior Magus or higher.
A Black Elemental Soul is a soul that is 10000 - 100000 years old and is the strongest most people ever get to see and gives very exceptional skills or unique traits to the person who has it. This type of Elemental Soul can be fused with any magus the rank of Master Magus or higher.
A Red Elemental Soul is a soul that is 100000 - 1000000 years old and is the strongest Elemental Soul anyone has been able to have. It always gives very powerful effects that can for example even make a fire magi's fire be like a river and gives very powerful skills to the user. This type of Elemental Soul can be fused with any magus the rank of Grandmaster Magus or higher.
A Blue Elemental Soul is a soul that is atleast 1000000 years old and is only known about from legends. How great the benefits from such a soul are is unknown, although they are thought to be maybe even twice as amazing as a Red Elemental Soul. This type of Elemental Soul is thought of to only be able to be fused with the absolute best Grandmaster Magus, and even then maybe they won't be strong enough.
An Elemental Soul could moderately change depending on the nature of the person's element, such as it turning to be like the ocean if the person's element was like the ocean.
The abilities that an Elemental Soul would give you could either grow in power or in number as they go into higher ranks while any other benefits such as increased strength would only grow in power.
