I looked around for someplace to hide or run to, but the only way for me to escape was to run down the straight hallway. The loud grunt exclaimed as it continued to close in on me, then it turned the corner. My only choice was to run down the hall as I saw the curtains to the room rolled up, I ran with the fingertips of my hand stroking the wall to see what was in the class. If this was a lockdown all the curtains would be down, I was very confused. My head tilted into the gleaming windows with hope and despair but I was blinded by the rays of the summer sun. I quickly averted my gaze and ran as fast as I could as the murderer was right on my tail. The hall I was running down quickly became darker and darker until it became pitch black. I was devoting all my energy into the run but quickly decelerated and tried to feel around me, so I could pinpoint where I was. I felt windows lockers and the small flowerpots aligned along the edge. It was the same narrow hallway I was running in. I pondered about why the hall was pitch black and suddenly. At the end of the hall, a tiny light glimmered and somehow expanded taking over my whole view. I followed through and found myself in a room that looked like it belonged to a hospital, but with no equipment or furniture, it was just white.
