20 Night in the Inn

The dining hall was on the ground floor, but their room was on the first floor. Ayaan went downstairs and asked the counter lady for breakfast.
"I hope everything is fine between you two now," The lady said to the Ayaan. He didn't know what to say and smiled bitterly. Arguing won't help him anyway, so he didn't say anything.
