51 Trouble on earth - 2

Caroline just couldn't forget what she had seen in the park.

Her head was foggy, still trying to make sense of what she had seen last night. Sitting in her chamber, she was holding case files in her hands but was completely spaced out.

"Dr. Caroline!"

"Dr. Caroline!"

She blinked once. Twice and it was then that she realized, Morpheous was standing right in front of her in her chamber.

"You!" She exclaimed.

"Are you ok, doctor?" He asked with a soft voice filled with concern.

"Uh...huh!" Caroline muttered and looked at him, her gaze moving from his face towards his hand. There was a fresh bandage that he had applied.

"Were you… I mean, sort of uncomfortable after the food yesterday? You... You rushed out and …"

But her questions as interrupted by the PA announcement - Code Blue CS. Code Blue CS

And without even saying a word, they both rushed toward the emergency room.
