101 My bussiness

Sitting in the train, Morpheous was feeling unusually restless.

He couldn't help but remember the look Caroline had on her face, and that made him feel miserable with every passing minute. He did all of this to save her from his brother, but somehow, he felt uncomfortable, leaving her amidst the two.

Given the deal with Oberon, he knew that he wouldn't do any harm to Caroline, but he was a mere pawn of his brother. So he wasn't sure anymore whom to trust and what to trust. He left Seattle on a whim to shield her away from Nubeous, but his mind and soul were still stuck there, wondering if she would be safe. 

He was lost in his thoughts when the train halted at Eastern Idaho Station, and a co-passenger got on the train. They exchanged a warm expression as he settled in the seat next to him.

As the man began calling someone on the phone and Morpheous started looking outside through the window, uninterested.

"What? Are you kidding me?"
