Heaven's Abandoned

After the death of his parents, Ren Yu struggles to care for his sister, Ren Mei, who has The Devil's Plague; an unknown disease that slowly turns one into a horrific monstrosity, driven solely by instinct and blood. Driven to mad desperation, Ren Yu goes onto an arduous journey with his sister in hopes of finding a cure for her.
