Qing Tian walked on deeper into the ruins and saw many footprints on the floor that gradually built an image inside his head.

Just as Qing Tian began to finally begin to feel a bit nervous in this world, he lifted his head and saw something that made him turn completely serious.

Looking forward, Qing Tian found three dead bodies.
However, what made him feel serious wasn't the dead bodies themselves, but what they were wearing and the Qi that remained within their bodies.
Qing Tian now understood that if he could appear in this world, then there's no reason no other person could do the same.
However, seeing three all of a sudden is a bit of a shock when he believed that he was able to have a world for himself. Now he knew that he was just being greedy.
Shaking his head, Qing Tian approached the dead bodies.
He knew that these three dead bodies didn't belong to this world, Super Gene. Not because of their clothing, but because of the energy within their body, the fact that they don't emit that special presence a 'human' of this world would emit, their robes made of materials not found in this world, and their bodies.
Their bodies had dantians and, even without their souls, Qing Tian knew that they didn't have Sea of Souls, the place where the beast souls are held.
'Hmm… they're wearing similar robes, so they might be from a clan or sect,' thought Qing Tian as he crouched and searched their bodies.
With a few swift moves, Qing Tian had uncovered many times, pills that are useless to him and everyone else since they only work on those with dantians, a couple of martial art manuals, and three similar wooden slips that revealed where they are from.
Sword Maiden Sect.
'I've never heard of this sect. They aren't from any of the books I've read or worlds I had traveled to,' thought Qing Tian as he tossed back the wooden slips.
He got rid of the pills as well and kept the Martial art manuals, Angelic Sword Technique and Earth Spear Technique.
'These might serve as gifts for Huangfu Pingqing or to even teach Ji Yanran and Qu Lili, they might need the protection now if there are more cultivators,' thought Qing Tian as he continued to look around and look for more clues.
There destroyed buildings, huge footprints, many dead bodies with various wounds, some hair, and various cuts and stabs on the walls.
With his mind working at full speed, Qing Tian was able to piece together what had happened. It was like he was there when it had all happened.
When they had appeared, when the four people fought against each other, how one summoned a beast in exchange for his life… even the fleeing Ryuu and his helper.
'For now, that helper could be anyone. All I need to search for, is for that survivor,' thought Qing Tian as he looked off to the direction where Ryuu ran away with his helper.
Sighing, Qing Tian had rethought his plan already and even prepared if there were even more unexpected people that had miraculously reincarnated or even transmigrated into this world and whether they knew about Super Gene or not and how much they knew about it.
As well if they had any special powers, Qing Tian thought about every possibility, ready to make sure that he, his women, and his friends triumph in this world.

Snapping awake, Qing Tian turned to look at the two girls who had approached him while he was deep in thought.
Stretching out his hand to rub the head of the black lion cub, Qing Tian looked at Ji Yanran and Qu Lili.
"What's wrong, did you get tired from exploring the shelter ruins?"
Qu Lili and Ji Yanran remained quiet for a few seconds before slowly shaking their heads.
"N-no… it's just that this isn't what we really expected… can… we leave now?" asked Qu Lili as she was beginning to feel disgusted about the amount of dead bodies around them.
Qing Tian gazed at them for a second before suddenly smiling and nodding, "Sure, let's leave. Just wait for me at the south gate of the shelter."
"Okay," said Ji Yanran before leaving with Qu Lili and Silence.
Waving to them, Qing Tian waited until they were out of sight before turning to face the three dead bodies from the Sword Maiden Sect.
"Your deaths will not be in vain," said Qing Tian before suddenly grabbing the body with the least internal damage and throwing it into his Realm of the Violet Jade Immortal.
With a cold face, Qing Tian nodded to the two remaining dead bodies before leaving and returning to Qu Lili and Ji Yanran with a smiling face.

Heading out of the ruins of Iron Blue Shelter, Qing Tian took the girls and left the area.
The girls were quiet and they finally realized that something dangerous could always happen. Seeing those dead bodies made them realize that they now lived in a time where they may be attacked at any given moment.
They couldn't rely on someone else for the rest of their lives.
Qing Tian understood the look the girls had on their faces, the realization of the dangers of the world.
Turning to face the girls, Qing Tian proposed something to them, "Do you girls want me to train you?"
A rather simple question that brought great relief to the girls. They nodded at the same time and asked Qing Tian to teach them how to fight.
"Great, we will train two hours in the morning and another two hours at night," said Qing Tian. "I will train you in the basics of archery, the sword, spear, dagger, and a single weapon of your choice."
The girls nodded, understanding that those first four weapons are the most common type of beast souls one could obtain. It would do them a great help if they received training in those weapons.
"I will also teach you a martial art so that you can protect yourself even without a weapon," said Qing Tian.
The girls nodded once more and they began to mentally prepare themselves to train.
Qing Tian gazed at them for a second before turning around and saying on more thing regarding the training, "We will begin tomorrow."

Night approached and the girls had fallen asleep.
Qing Tian remained next to the campfire, gazing at the girls for a couple of seconds before turning to face Silence, the black lion cub.
"Take care of them, I will be back in a bit…"

The black lion cub mewed in acknowledgment and just watched as Qing Tian vanished into thin air before focusing on the girls and protecting them.

Inside the Realm of the Violet Jade Immortal.
Qing Tian approached the corpse of the Sword Maidan Sect, a smile spread on his face as he found another method to grow stronger.
'After my body and a part of my soul was altered so that I can improve my genes and get beast souls, I finally found something that could help me get a Dantian…' thought Qing Tian as he pulled out a scalpel and a small vial.
Items he had managed to get when he would visit his mother who worked at a hospital.
Cutting a bit of flesh from the body of the Sword Maiden Sect disciple, Qing Tian went ahead and began to perform a couple of experiments.
He went and grabbed the Antique Incense Burner and a drop of Blood from the clam and Turtle. Qing Tian also went ahead and grabbed some herbs and plants from both the world Super Gene and the many herbs from the painting.
The Antique Incense Burner could be used as a medicinal cauldron and all he needed now was fire.
Tch!
Clicking his tongue, Qing Tian decided to bite the bullet and use his spiritual energy to produce a spiritual fire that should work the same as a 'normal' fire made from Qi.
Drawing out the spiritual energy from his Sea of Consciousness, Qing Tian turned it into fire and slowly began to place the materials inside the Antique Incense Burner.
He brought out the essence of each material and slowly mixed them together before condensing them.
Just as he was about to complete the pill that will give him a Dantian, Qing Tian rapidly pulled out a porcelain bottle that contained a drop of liquid made of Qi refined by Baka, the creature he used a while ago.
This drop of liquid Qi contained Beast Qi, Nature Qi, and a small amount of Human Qi, Qi of Qing Tian's that remained in this Realm before he began to lose his body and had to come over to Super Gene.
With this special drop of liquid Qi, Qing Tian bet everything on this current pill in the making.
His concentration was all entirely on properly executing the preparation of the Birth of Immorality Pill.
The pill said to grant a body the ability to cultivate Qi and Immortality. A Dantian is the said ability granted to the body.
However, this pill requires herbs that are over 500 million years old and extensive knowledge and experience in alchemy.
This was something Qing Tian needed in the early parts of his past life. When he has chosen the Saiya-jin Bloodline, his body couldn't have a Dantian in exchange for the Zenkai boosts and the endless potential of the body and Ki.
It all turned out well in the end after he had attained a new bloodline and even received some artificial Dantians and Dantians grown from techniques!
With his concentration focused entirely on the pill concocting, Qing Tian added one finally ingredient, a drop off his Blood Essence.
Biting his finger, Qing Tian forced a drop of Blood Essence out of his wound and used his spiritual energy to put it in the Birth of Immorality Pill.

The Antique Incense Burner slowly released the impurities from the pill and Pill Veins began to form on the pill.
However, Qing Tian wasn't done yet, what he wanted was for the pill to go up two more grades.
The higher the grade, the better the efficacy and potency of the pill it will have.
If Qing Tian took the normal pill, he would only attain a normal sized Dantian, normal in every way.
The pills are divided into five grades.
Mortal Pills (Pills that even mortals could concoct.)
Immortal Pills (Normal)
Pill Veins
Pill Clouds
Pill Halo
At the stage of Pill Halo, the Pill will emit a halo and will never lose efficacy and will instead become more potent with due time.
It would only become stronger for 100 years before it gains a Spirit and its efficacy is multiplied many folds.
However, eating a pill with a Spirit will be a battle of wills and how fast Qing Tian could refine and absorb the effects of the Pill.

The Birth of Immortality Pill went up one more grade as smoke came out of the Antique Incense Burner.
Hours passed and Qing Tian remained still, the Yin-Yang Image in his Sea of Consciousness revolving rapidly.
It continued to make more spiritual energy as Qing Tian continued to use more and more of it.
Finally, after a couple of days of incessant Refining, Qing Tian had finally created a divine Pill Halo.
Putting it inside a Porcelain Bottle, Qing Tian dug a hole in the ground and put the precision bottle in there to keep Baka and any other stray animal from taking the pill.
With the hard job finally done, Qing Tian fell asleep within his Realm of the Violet Jade Immortal.
His body was overworked, Pill concocting took a lot of mental energy especially when spiritual energy is being used.
Now that Qing Tian was finally done, he went ahead and slept. However, the Yin-Yang image in his head continued to spin and produce spiritual energy that continued to disappear.

Whilst Qing Tian slept, a scene that he wouldn't have expected to see once more in his life, Qing Tian failed to see that the white bone Katana he had created a couple days ago was absorbing his spiritual energy greedily.
Despite the katana absorbing the spiritual energy, it was still missing something that it lacked to grow…
