1 Little Rabbit

White walls, white curtains, stinging white fluorescent; a world of silent white. A sheet draped over her head.

The normally comforting aseptic smell of carbolic acid now incite tears to the eyes, the pp shattered beakers and flasks mixed with the crimson red of a sticky human liquid.

There she was, watching her lifeless body being nudged, and moved to a body bag; her previously warm and joyful parents was without a smile, two streaks of tears falling from their eyes.

Devastated, yet unable to shed a tear, the world went darker as her life's story flashed before her eyes; Her name Nata, coming from a family that is considered poor, her character is that of someone who has everything in life, studying hard from the moment she stepped on primary school, learning hard on whatever she wanted to master, and except for the desperate times where she'd take as much part time work as possible to help her parents pay for her university's tuition, she'd live a life loving what she loved and doing what she wanted to do.

Leaving her parents with enough money and property she'd earned from all her life researching and working at the lab, you could say that aside from experiencing romantic love, she's had a fulfilling life.

The darkness and stillness was soon switched with a mingling crowd's sound accompanied by colourful lights that flickered wherever the eyes could see.

locking eyes with a beautiful girl with eyes and hair as dark as the night sky,

"Would you like to play a game?" the little girl said whilst shoving her.

The feeling of emptiness was swapped with surprise, which changed into the petrified feeling of losing her life yet again.

With the abrupt fall, the boy was flinging his arms while struggling to keep his head above the water, reaching out and reaching out to only grasp nothing. Giving into the water and letting it invade the crevices of his lungs, he closed his eyes.

Feeling the cold water enveloped his body and the taste of chlorine wafting up his nose to the back of his throat, he felt a throbbing pain.

With a feeling of another's hand yanking him out of what seemed to be an endless drown, his head throbbed as an unfamiliar yet nostalgic memory kept playing inside his head.

"Young Master!! Young Master!! c-ccan you hear me?" a shout disturbed the film that was playing on his mind, "Young Master! Please, Please be alright!"

The shout came from a young man named Charles. The man was tall with wide shoulders yet slender figure, he looked to be in his early twenties. His dirty blond hair disheveled, and his opaque blue eyes teary.

His whole uniform wet, hands trembling performing the first aid for drowning victim he'd practiced at the academy.

His young master's appearance of then fluffy white hair and clear red eyes with smile like that of a cute white rabbit, had now reduced to that of a drenched white rat.

With the people surrounding them and the family's panic-stricken face while waiting for the ambulance to arrive, a little girl slipped out of the crowd, walking through the lit garden path into the corridor of the luxurious villa out to the front gate, with not a slight of remorse on her eyes, and a smile so content.
