"Princess~" a sweet voice called my name as a was taken from my dream. I opened my eyes to find one of the maids next to my bed. 

"Good morning princess I'm your new maid" she smiled and walked towards my closet. She hummed a slow but sweet tune as she picked out my dress for the day. After she brought me my dress I asked her,

"May I ask you name" she nodded and said, 

 "My name is Jaiden and if you don't mind could you... Ah, nevermind calls me when your done" She attempted to walk away but I grabbed her hand and sat her on my bed."Now, what did you want to tell me" She looked at me with her eyes wide open? "Well..... It's not really important but could you use the pronouns they/them instead of/her."

"Of course I will, unlike my father. He is like the worst with that type of stuff" they smiled and hugged me. "Food will be waiting for you downstairs and make sure you have some clothes on" they giggled and closed the door. I look down and realized I was naked. SHIT! I walked to the bathroom flustered and began to freshen up and put on my outfit for the day. I went downstairs and ate breakfast

1-hour later

"JAIDEN COME HERE PLEASE" I screamed down the hallway. I heard tiny footsteps approach my door and then a loud knock.

"Come in" they opened the door and walked in.

"So you know how I have to go on a bunch of trips and stuff," they nodded in agreement "well I don't want to leave you here with him so do you want to come as my plus one" they nodded again and gave me another big hug. "Great! Tomorrow night have your bags packed because we are leaving." They stood up and turned to me "Thank you princess" she walked out of the room headed down the hallway. I..I think I like her. My face started to get hotter and my face was bright red. Ugh, why are they so cute.
