1 The Heart Of Glass
"Heart Of Glass", the name of a spell that can only be casted once, only held onto by the human with highest standing in one of the Seven Sinned Villages.
This spell and the knowledge of the effect of it are only known by the Ruler once they get a hold of it through the bapitism, but even without knowing the effects it is thought to be something malicious just by most, the village that has a hold of the spell is unknown but... this spell has not been used on anyone in the seven sinned villages...
Until now, of course.
The spell is being casted by a man who has no control over his body and cannot even begin to comprehend what he's about to do, what he is going to do to the unborn child he felt so much love for, rather- the soon to be mother of his child and the village she lives in.
she doesn't understand what's happening but deep inside she knows... something about his aura is definitely wrong.
"Stella! Run! i don't have any Control over my-"
he is interrupted mid-sentence by a sharp pain, his eyes roll upwards and his arm is impaled by a ton of shards, and though he is half dead and unconscious, he continues to cast.
Stella is in immence shock, "Connor!... no... why is this..."
Connor is done casting the spell, the shards that were impaled into Connors body slowly pull themselves from his arm and shoot straight towards Stella, but the course of them start going downwards and pierce straight through her stomach yet...
Nothing has happend to Stella, she is completely unaffected by the spell and is not wounded at all, but someone had to be affected by it right?
Stella is completely clueless, but it did effect someone.
The unborn baby was affected by it.
The life of the man she loved was taken due to the fact that they were from different Sinned Villages.
he was a General in the Zorn Village, a well known one in fact, he was childhood friends with the Leader, things were fine between them until the baptism... the day after that Connor was treated cruely by the leader, Amon, which caused Connor to question his friendship, and whether it was real or not...
Later Connor is promoted to General and is assigned to a convoy on a path through Stolz Village where he would later meet Stella.
He fell in love with Stella after meeting her at a Festival, and he kept using excuses like "I have been requested to escort this convoy to Stolz Village" just to see her as much as possible, of course this was quickly noticed by one of the members of the Gate Security Team...
Connor was interrogated by Amon himself, and led to Amon getting heavily enraged after being lied to... straight to his face.. he decided to use the spell that would cause a village to fall from the inside on Connor, causing the current situation...
12 years after the big ordeal that took place...
"Rigel, it's time to go! get out of the water!" Stella shouts
"Wha- why!?, just a bit longer!" Rigel Protest
Stella's eye ticks "IT HAS BEEN THREE HOURS RIGEL, I SWEAR TO THE-"
"Alright! alright! im coming..." Rigel murmurs.
"why is she so demanding? i finally had a break from those weird teachers and their annoying interrogations... i dont even know what the hell a Heart of Glass is!" Rigel thinks to himself...
Stella stares at Rigel for a moment...
"Rigel, is something wrong? you haven't told me anything about how your days at the Academy have been.. and what are your magical traits?! im so curious Rigel, just tell me! they wont say anything for some reason..." Rigels mother starts bombarding him with questions...
"Mom! calm down I'll tell you... about my traits, i have three instead of two actually... hehe" Rigel has an incredibly cocky look on his face...
