16 Han Jisung

I put on a pretty black dress, and converse. Tonight i was going out for dinner with Felix and i was so excited. I did my makeup and hair. Felix knocked on my door, i looked at the clock that read 6:34pm on it. I opened my door and Felix stared at me and his jaw dropped. "Kat, you look stunning.." he said. I blushed, unable to look him in the eyes. "Thank you, Fe. You look amazing yourself." I say. He was wearing a white dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up, the shirt tucked into his black skinny jeans. He looked incredible. "Thank you, love." He said. He had never called me that before, i was a mess. "Are you ready to go out?" He asks me while taking my hand. "Yes, where are we going?" I ask him. "It's a surprise." He says, with a smile on his face. I blush.
Me and Felix walk hand in hand to a small but fancy diner near our apartment. I was so flattered that he had even wanted to take me out. We walked in and sat at the table we had been assigned. "Hello, my name is Hannah, I'll be serving you tonight! Can i get you any dr-" the waitress said, before looking at me and laughing. "You're here! Everyone at school thought you had committed suicide!" She said, still laughing at me. "Well- I didn't." i say, looking at her, trying not to cry. "Aww, gonna cry?? Dumb baby." She said, laughing again as she kicked my ankle. I looked down, waiting for Felix to say something. "Leave her alone." He said, very sternly. When Hannah realized i was there with Felix, she walked off with a smile.
"Kat, are you okay?" Felix asked, trying to grab my hand under the table. I pulled my hand away and got up. "I have to go." I said, practically running out of the diner. I ran for what seemed like forever. I walked the rest of the way to the dance studio, and walked into the room i had bought for me and Felix. We hadn't used it yet, and I didn't picture it being used this way. Shutting the door behind me, i locked it and then ran into the small bathroom in the corner of the room. I splashed my face with cold water and then dried it.
I checked my phone before putting on a song to dance to.

I looked at my screen for what felt like hours, when it was really only a few minutes. I contemplated even messaging or calling back. I hate it here. I get so happy and then someone ruins it. I felt so happy tonight, and then Hannah ruined it. I decided i would call Felix. After all, i do need him. I unlocked my phone with its code 091500. My code is Felix's birthday, but he doesn't know. I opened my call app, and called his phone. It barely made its first ring before he answered, he sounded like he had been crying.
F- "Kat!! Oh my god where are you!?" He practically yelled, in relief.
K- "i am at the dance studio.. room 9" I say, having hope that he will calm down.
F- "i am on my way!" He said, quickly hanging up the phone.
I sighed. In the mean time i decided i would dance to something, since its what I absolutely love. I put on the song "2 on" by Tinashe. I had begun dancing and watching myself in the mirror. It was great for a free style dance. By the end of the dance i head the door knob being messed with. I rushed to turn off my music, and run to the door. "Who is there?" I asked in a panicked tone. "Kat! Its me!" I heard Felix yell from the other end. I quickly unlocked the door and opened it. He pulled me into a hug so fast, it was the most loving hug i had ever received. "Felix, you didn't have to worry." I said calmly, releasing from the hug and closing the door. "I did, Kat. I care about you so much. You've been in my life for so long and i never want to lose you." He said. "Felix, thank you for being by my side." I say, pulling him into another hug. "I always will be, lets go home." He said.
We left the studio and started walking down the street. "Kat you look really good." He says, looking down at me. "T-thank you" i say, looking down at the ground smiling. We continue walking and suddenly Felix stops. I look up at him concerned. "Kat, lets go in here!" He says, dragging me. "Fe where a-" i say, looking into this cute shop. "This is where i go when i think of buying something for you." He says, slightly blushing. "T-this is cute." I say, Smiling wildly. "Pick out a few things. We didn't get our date so i wanted to do something special for you." He said. "Are you sure?" I ask. "Yes, love." He said back. I look around for a few cute items. I pick out a cute sweater that says "princess" on it. "Thats so cute, princess!" Felix said, making my heart skip. "Thank you, fe." I say, blushing. I pick out a cute My Melody plushie, and lastly i picked out a pretty eyeshadow pallet. "I'm done, Lix." I said, walking to him. "I'll pay." He said, grabbing my stuff and walking to the counter, while i wait by the door.
While standing here i could only think of the things Hannah said. I hated her so much, but i knew she was always right.
My phone started buzzing in my dress pocket. The name on my screen said "Han Jisung" so i answered it.
K- hello?
H- Hi, Kat!
K- Hi, how are you Jisung?
H- I'm doing well, and you?
I looked down.
K- I'm doing great! I lied.
H- thats great! Me as well.
K- What are your interests, Jisung?
H- I like rapping, playing video games, dancing, watching movies, and other things. How about you, Kat?
K- I like rapping, dancing, singing, playing video games, watching movies, and sleeping! Its almost like we could be best friends!
H- yeah! We definitely could. Would you wanna talk more often?
K- Definitely!
H- It's late, sorry for calling so late!
K- that's okay, me and Felix aren't home anyways.
H- Where at?
K- A store.
H- Nice. I'm going to get some sleep, Kat. Thank you for making small talk with me, I'll be sure to message you tomorrow!
K- Goodnight, i will talk to you tomorrow Jisung!
I end the call and look down at my phone. Its 12:07am. I look up and Felix is standing in front of me. "Are you ready to go?" He asked. "Yes Lix, lets go!" I say, opening the door. "Aren't i supposed to open doors for you?" He asks me, smiling. "I don't mind." I say, giggling. While walking, i almost get hit by a car. In response, Felix quickly grabbed my hand and pulled me to the other side of him. "Be more careful, Kat!" He basically shouts at me. "I-I'm sorry.." I say, stuttering in fear. "D-did i scare you?" He asks, stopping to look down at me. "Yes, but its okay." I say. "I'm sorry, love." He says, kissing my hand, then continuing to walk. I keep walking, thinking about lots of things.
Me and Felix arrive at home, ready to fall asleep. We were both tired, and it was late. I went in my bedroom, and set all of the new stuff i got down. I had taken everything individually out of the bag and placed it where it should be. I take off my shoes, and my socks, and neatly place them where they go. I snuck into felix's room while he was showering, and took one of his T-shirts. I grabbed one that smelled just like him, but when i turned around to sneak out but ran into a bare chest. "Doing something?" Felix asks. "U-uh.. hi!" I say, and then run out of the room. That was a close one.. i think to myself. I enter my room, and change into his shirt, and a pair of comfy shorts. I walk out into the kitchen to get water, and felix was there too. "You're cute in my shirt." He says, blushing and looking down. I giggle. "Thank you." I say. I go to reach for a cup, but I'm too short. Felix grabs it for me, and hands it to me. "Here you go." He says. "Thank you!" I say, giving him a hug. "Goodnight, Kat." He says, hugging back. "Goodnight." I say, releasing from the hug and grabbing my cup. As he walking into his room, i got my water and then walked into my own room. I switched off my lights, and i went to sleep.
