12 Chapter - 12

(After one month)

(Narrator P.O.V)

Days after days went away. They started to spend more time with each other. They go everywhere together whether it was a party, photo shot, concert or anything Alisha was always there with Luke. They were almost inseparable. People started to think that they were a couple because they never left each other alone.

(Deepika P.O.V)

We reach Miami today at 6 in the morning. I have breakfast then take a nape for some time. After that, I go to the beauty parlor with my clothes and all the necessaries.

I was so happy and excited that I am finally going to meet the love of my life. But all the happiness and excitement goes out of a window when I saw Mr. Marshal come only with his an older son and his wife. I also look behind him but didn't able to find him.

"Hello, Oliver how are you, my friend?" Mr. Marshal said to my father while hugging

"Hey, Ryan I am fine what about you?" father ask to him.

"Good as ever, you already know my wife Karla my wife, meet my older son Varun," he said introducing his older son to my father and they shake her hand.

"Ryan I want you to meet my daughter Deepali," my father said introducing me to them.

"Pleasure to meet you Deepali, I have heard so much about you from your father at our last meeting," he said while shaking my hand.

"Pleasure is all mine sir," I said to him with a smile.

"Call me father Deeplai you're soon going to be my daughter in law," he said while keeping his hand at my head.

"Hello Mrs. Marshal," I said screeching my hand for handshake she shocked me while engulfing me in her arms.

"Hello dear, it's really nice to meet you and called me Karla or mama since you are a member of our family," she said while pulling away.

"Where is your younger son Luke, Ryan?" finally my father ask and both of us look at Mr. Marshal or dad.

"He was unable to come because his prelims exams were about to start from next week and revision is going on in the school, anyway are you graduated Deepali?" he asks.

"No, actually my prelims was postponed because of some emergency, why?" I ask.

"Because I thought that if you were free you can be able to come with us and meet him to get to know him and spend some time with him," he said.

"Can I come too you after my graduation," I ask with hope and he nodded at me with a smile on his face.

The whole party was gone while talking to mom and Varon. I get to know more about Varon and Luke. I have also danced with Varon for some time. But I left early because there is no meaning for me to stay there without Luke.

I go to my room to change in comfortable clothes and check some Instagram before going to a dreamless sleep.

(Ryan P.O.V)

They were upset when they saw that Luke didn't come with us specially Deepali. She looks just like hazel her mother. She was a wonderful girl and I was happy that she agreed to marry mine soon.

I was upset that she can't able to come with us at our house because of exams and much more but happy to know that she will come when she was over with her exams and other work.

I will also get the time to talk with Luke about it because I didn't get the chance to talk with him about his arranged marriage. I hope he agrees to marry her any way he will marry her by hook or crook. My thoughts were cut out by Karla.

"She was beautiful and a wonderful girl, you did a good job choosing her for Luke," Karla said to me from washroom while changing her clothes.

"I know, right? they will be perfect for each other," I said while sitting at the bed typing furious at my laptop.

"But do you think Luke will agree with you to spend his whole life with her," she asks while getting into the cover.

"Why not? they were childhood friends and they know each other very well, they will be perfect with each other," I said while putting my computer at the nightstand and getting into cover myself.

"I don't know why but I have a bad feeling about it? what if he already like someone?" she asks worriedly while cuddling at my side.

"You worry so much everything will be fine, now sleep, we have an early flight to attend to go back," I said kissing her on her forehead.

"Goodnight love," she said kissing my cheek.

"Goodnight loves sweet dream," I said and fall asleep myself.
