10 Chapter - 10

The meeting with Kanisk.Pvt.Ltd Ceo Mr. Bakshani was good and I got the deal I was waiting for so long. We promise to work with each other again if we have to make another deal in the future.

After getting out of the restaurant I call my best friend Oliver. After two rings he finally picked up the call.

"Hey, Oliver are you free now?" I ask.

"No, I'm busy in a meeting why?" he asks.

"I have arrived in England a day before yesterday, I have attended all my important meetings so I thought we could spend some time with each other and have some fun while reminiscing some of our good old memories," I said to him.

"Sure, did tomorrow sounds good to you?" he asks.

"Yes," I said.

"Good, I will tell my secretary to send an email, of my hotel, okay," he asked.

"good with me," I said.

"I hope you have a whole day off, we have so much to catch up with each other," he said.

"Don't worry I am free for the whole day for you, so see you tomorrow," I said to him.

"See you later, bye," he said.

"Bye," I said and hang up.

"Where to sir?" Robin my driver asks when I seat at the back seat of my limo.

"To my hotel," I said and he drives away. After a few minutes, I feel my I-pad vibrant and I look at to see as promise Oliver sent me the address of his hotel with the time in email. I can't wait to meet him and his daughter and keep the proposal of marriage of my son with his daughter.

Next day as promise I go to his hotel to meet him. As I enter the hotel lobby my friend greeted me with a strong hug.

"Ryan my friend, it's a long time since we meet each other face to face," he said while hugging me.

"Indeed, I can't remember the last time we meet each other, " I said and pulled away from him.

"So how did your meetings go? did you get the deal?" he said.

"Yes it was wonderful and I got the deal and We promise to work with each other again if we have to make another deal in the future, " I said while taking a seat next to him.

"Good to know," he said while sitting next to me.

"What about you? How is your new business startup going on?

" Not good, there is a very huge demand for our product in England and we are running out of the raw material," he said with a sigh.

"Which raw product?" I ask.

"treads for making clothes," he said.

"I think I can help you with that, I have opened a factory a year ago manufacturing threads from cotton," I said to him with a smile.

"And I think I can provide it to you with less cost than any other manufacturer, " I added.

"Really?" he asks. And I nodded my head.

"tell your secretary to send me all the details, And I will send you all the details about it after reading your mail so that we, can make a deal," I said to him.

"Thank you so much, Ryan, you don't know what it's mean to me," he said with a grin on her face.

"It's okay what are friends for after all," I said to him and he nodded his head.

"Oliver I was thinking that what if we convert our friendship into business partnership and relatives," I suggest and it's when a waiter comes with two crystal glasses and a bottle of a champion.

"What do you mean?" he asks.

"Look you have a daughter and I have a son who is of the same age and they know each other very well, they were inseparable when they were kids, remember?" I explain to him when he handed me a glass. He looks deep in thoughts for a few seconds and then his eyes widen indicating that he got remembered.

"Oh, yeah I remember very well, how can I forgot that I wonder why I didn't think of that before, good idea indeed Ryan, I am sure they will be perfect for each other," he said grinning from ear to ear.

"But let me, ask her first, I don't want to force her for anything she doesn't want to be in, I hope you understand and I hope you will not break up our deal or friendship over it if she refuses to marry," he said while looking at me with an hopeful eyes.

"Of course, I understand and something like this will never break our friendship," I said while smiling at him.

"So deal," he asks.

"Deal," I said and we raised a toast on our friendship.

"I will talk to my daughter tomorrow and answer you when are you leaving to go back anyway," he asks.

"After one week, I have some work to be done here before I left, is that enough time for you to answer," I ask taking a slip.

"More than enough, more champion," he asks.

"Sure," I said and move my glass towards him.

After that whole day went while talking about business, family and our childhood memories. In between, we also share new ideas about his and my new project.

We eat our dinner at our favorite restaurant Rasana and I go back to my hotel to have some rest. I can't wait for his answer and I hope his daughter said yes. We promise to meet each other at Mr. Rathod 25th anniversary party with our family if she said yes to the marriage.

After two days I got his call and I was on cloud nine that his daughter agrees to marry my son Luke. I can't wait to meet my future daughter in law.
