83 Chapter 83: Demon Kai.
Author: I feel it's too cruel if I stopped the chapter in the cliffhanger. So I posted another one today. Gimme twice the power stone Lol. I had taken medicine and will pass out for at least 8 hours. Enjoy the chapter!

The night deepens. Kilgrave brings the two girls to a restaurant in Brooklyn. "Get out," He said to the customers there. Without any resistance, all the customers are exiting the restaurant.
"Hey, what are you doing?" The Chinese owner is angry because he lost all his customers.
Kilgrave said to him. "Bring me the best food and clean the best table for me and my partners."
The owner complied even if it was against his will. Kilgrave had been commanding people his entire adult life. Sometimes he is not sure whether they did it with their own free will, or because of his ability. He is not sure, but it doesn't mean that he cared.
The food is served to Kilgrave, Jessica, and Skye. "How is the taste? Do you enjoy it?" He asks.
The girls answer honestly when they are under control. Unless he ordered them to lie, they will be honest.
"The fish tasted funky," Jessica said. Kilgrave becomes extremely mad because his lovely night is ruined.
"Beat the chef," He told the owner. The waitress, the sous chef, and the owner all beat up the chef until he is all bloody.
He told Jessica, whose eyes widened, but she cannot stop the situation in front of her. "Too bad that dinner is ruined. Don't worry, I'll make it up to you."
He led them to a five-star hotel, where he got the best room for them. Of course, without paying anything. He commanded the concierge to bring them the best wine and room services.
*Ding* In Hell's Kitchen apartment, Kai got a notification. *Boom* Immense pressure erupted from his being. The sofa ripped to pieces, the TV was broken like it was cut, and the glass window exploded and shattered into the streets below.
"HE DARES!" Kai snapped. The phone he is holding cracks as it did not hold his strength. *Kachak* The phone broke into pieces and fell to the ground.
He summoned his wings and flew directly to the hotel his daughter is in right now. His figure flew across the street of New York, breaking windows on the buildings on the street as he entered supersonic flight.
A second later, Dawn teleported into the broken house. "Damn, I'm too late!" . Kai is already gone. He got a request from Ryan to help as the guy is in space right now.
Yelena, Annika, and Park Shin are summoned into the broken house. "I need your help," Dawn asks the girl.
Annika looked around the broken place. "Isn't this Kai's house?" She knows as she dropped something at Kai's house before. The girls are greatly shocked.
"Something…can battle Kai like this?" Yelena said, a little fearful. They know how strong Kai is. Never once did any people in the room win against Kai. Whether they fight alone or together. If something can defeat Kai, then what use is there of them?
"No... What we are facing… is Kai," Dawn said solemnly.

In the 5-star hotel. Kilgrave is enjoying himself with the company of the girl. Now, they are going to make love. He did not consider his act as rape. No girl ever fights him back when they are together.
They're just tools for him. Sure, he may feel they are pretty or hot, but he will get bored a few hours later. Looking at the girls in front of him, he feels a little different. They are on the same level as him. They are humans instead of slaves.
He brushes his finger on Jessica's face, he walks and smells Skye's hair. He feels excited. Tonight will be different from any other night.
He sat on the bed. The girl is standing facing him. "Take off your shirt." He commanded. Not the underwear. He wants to take it off himself.
Slowly, Jessica and Skye take off a piece of their clothing. It starts with their jacket. It fell lifelessly to the ground. Then their pants. Lastly, they took off their shirt, revealing their body.
Jessica has pale skin, while Skye is a little tan. Kilgrave is practically drooling while looking at their body. Jessica is wearing matching black underwear, while Skye is wearing blue-striped underwear, with a cat picture on her bottom.
"You're surprisingly childish. But it didn't matter." Kilgrave said to Skye. He is reaching toward Skye's body. Jessica's mind is in tears. She blames herself for Skye getting molested. If only she didn't play the hero. Then all of this wouldn't happen.
The hand is inches away from Skye's body. Suddenly, it is cut off from the rest of Kilgrave's body.
"I am not late. Thank god," Kai mumbles. "ARGH! My hand!!" Kilgrave is screaming in pain. His pretty arm now only left a stump.
Before he could continue screaming. Kai places his hand on Kilgrave's neck. "Kuheuk" He is choking Kilgrave, pulling him up from the ground. The rapist's body is flailing in the air.
He looks at the bastard's face closely. The blood vessels are tensed on Kilgrave's face. His eyes redden as a vessel pops. He can barely mutter a sentence.
"Release…me…!" Kilgrave believes in his power. He couldn't wait to make the guy in front of him cut off pieces of his body until he was dead. But, something is wrong. His power. It didn't work.
"Why? Couldn't understand what happened? Try a little harder. After all, this is your last night on earth." Kai said with a threatening tone. He choked the man a little harder.
Drool is flowing from Kilgrave's mouth. Tears are coming from his eyes. Then, the stream turns to blood. He has to do something else. Otherwise, he will be dead.
Kilgrave turns to the girls. He mutters slowly, in broken speeches. "Help…me…!" The girls who are under his control complied. Skye and Jessica start to move from their doll-like condition.
*Bamph* Both of the girls are punching Kai in the back. Jessica, who is 10 times stronger than a normal human, and Skye, who is strengthened by Kai for a few years, created a pressure so great that a shockwave is seen from their punch.
However, Kai didn't even move a step. The punch didn't do anything to him. Kai choked the man harder. To be near death, but still using his daughter as a tool, Kilgrave is pouring oil into the flames that are Kai's anger.
Kilgrave turns to drastic measures. The guy in front of him comes because he is touching the girls, right? So he ordered them to do something else to take the attention away from him.
"Kill…each…other" He spewed out his last resort. Kai finally let go of his neck as he had to stop Skye's and Jessica's punch at each other.
Dropped on the ground, Kilgrave coughed loudly and ran away from the hotel. He picked up his severed right hand in the process. There is still a chance he can sew them back together.
"A monster!" He panicked. He fucked up this time. He ran away with all his strength. He needs to take cover now. He got a feeling that this matter is not over.
Inside the room, Kai is stopping the punches that Skye and Jessica are throwing at each other. In Skye's eyes, tears are pooling. Kai noticed it.
"I'm sorry, daughter. I am too late. Go to sleep. When you wake up. The nightmare will be over." Kai says in a kind tone. *Bam* He karate chopped both of the girls in the back of their neck. They fall unconscious in his arms.
Ryan is connecting to Kai using the telepathic connection right now. 'Calm down. Get Skye to safety first. Dawn is on the way. Let him help you. You're too unstable right now!'
It was the same time that the alien attacked his spaceship. Ryan had to focus on Kai, otherwise, he would have confronted the alien at that moment.
'Let Dawn take the girls to a safe place. I couldn't let the bastard have hope that he will stay alive today.' Kai said in the telepathic link. Dawn couldn't connect to Kai, as they are both Ryan's clones. Kai and Dawn are only connected to the main body, not each other.
Ryan asks Dawn to come as he can feel something else is going on with Kai. The guy's soul frequency is fluctuating greatly! He didn't stop his action, as he is also angry that someone tries to touch his daughter.
However, Kai is making a lot of noise. The disaster app is alerting the people of New York about the destruction that comes along with Kai's flight. The flight is enhanced with Kai's manipulation of the wind. He can fly 5 times faster than usual when he manipulates the wind.
"I have to pay a lot of compensation after this" Ryan shook his head. The damage is in the millions. Not only that, he had caused traffic accidents as the citizens were distracted seeing Kai's figure. *Honk* Loud car horns can be heard all over the city. Even Shield is alerted of the phenomena.
Ryan is hacking into every camera there is to delete the ones containing Kai's face. There aren't any clear pictures, only blurry ones. But he needed to be sure. He had to rent a transmitter to do this, to cover up traces of his AI and get into the system outside of the internet.
Back to Kai, he is putting Skye lovingly on the bed. He just left Jessica on the ground. Right now, he is looking very kind and amiable. Then, he turned his face towards where Kilgrave had run. He walks to the balcony, where his eyes can see Kilgrave entering a car even if he is on the 50th floor.
His wing opened and he jumped from the balcony. There is no trace of kindness left on his face. His black eyes reflected ruthlessness. It was as if all the times he had been smiling was a mask. To hide who he is.
A second later, Dawn entered the room. "Damn, too late again!" He is helpless. Kai moves so fast that he can't pinpoint his location.
Annika, Yelena, and Park Shin come along with him. "Shin, I will teleport you to a safe place. Put these restraints on the girls in case they wake up before the pheromones wear off. Can you stand by there until I come?" Dawn asks while conjuring a mental patient jacket that Ryan made. It can hold even Thor…for a moment. It is enough to restrain the girls.
Park Shin nodded. Dawn levitated Skye and Jessica. He attached the magic to Park Shin's mana crystal ring so that she can control their body. He teleported them to a safe house in New York. A model of V with his uniform is displayed in the center of the base.
He teleported them there instead of the island because Kai frequently uses the base there. It has everything they need for now. He also isn't bringing Skye to the island without Kai's consent.
Kai is gliding near the car Kilgrave is in. The black car isn't escaping his sight even when it's driven speedily across the city. Kai flew with a mask on right now as Ryan warned to control him if he didn't do that.
If Kai's supernatural ability is exposed, then he will be in a lot of trouble. Ryan is only thinking about his life when he warns Kai. The mask is a companion beast.
It had been years since he cultivated using the Essence of Energy Art. Although he is stuck and has not reached the Epic Stage, he now had 10 companion beasts in the legendary stage he deems worthy. This mask, in particular, can hide someone from recognizing him.
"I can end it all right now." Kai murmurs. He can destroy the car and Kilgrave who is inside of it easily. However, he didn't do it. "He hasn't tasted enough despair," Kai said coldly. He wants to break him.
Kilgrave's heart is beating wildly. He had controlled the driver when he forcefully entered the car. "Go to Winnie Bar" It was the bar where he met with Kingpin's men before. It is nearby, and it's filled with thugs.
It is a 3-minute drive. He has almost reached the bar. *Slash* The car is cut into two. It split like Moses splitting the seas, with Kilgrave on one the left side, and the driver on the right side. He notices the flying man following him from behind. Kilgrave jumped from the half-car and rolled to the ground.
The inertia causes him to have scratches all over his body. "Leave Me ALONE!" He screams toward the monster. It is a good thing as all the civilians there cleared out the area.
It didn't affect Kai at all. Kilgrave's power isn't mind control, but instead pheromone control. He controls people's actions through the virus from his mutated brain because of his parent's experiment on him. Seeing Kai unaffected, he ran to the bar. It is only 50 meters away. He reached the door and entered the establishment.
He can do that because Kai let him do that. Not minding people's stares, Kai landed near the door and walked into the bar. Inside, Kilgrave has controlled 50 thugs to fight for him.
"Who are you? Why are you hunting me?" Kilgrave asks while breathing heavily. He feels a little safe because he has his army. The thugs are carrying guns and machetes, all waiting for the order to kill the winged bastard.
"If you have not committed great sin, God would not have sent a punishment like me upon you," Kai said coldly. The thugs are aiming at him. "Kill him!" The purple man ordered! If he couldn't talk to the guy when he is alive, he will do so to a corpse!
However, the result he wanted didn't come. All the thugs didn't move a muscle. "What's happening?" Why did he lose his power? He didn't.
From the thug's point of view, the Kai figure had warped into an extremely terrifying demon. Literally. They saw a demon. Kai's mask had turned alive. His black clothes are flowing like smoke. Kai became the incarnation of what they had feared, that it would overthrow Kilgrave's command of them.
Fear Gas. His reward from the time he created V. With his wind manipulation, he can create a 20-meter radius of fear halo around him. He had released the gas when he walked in. The colorless gas had spread to the thugs there.
Fear gas uses the same type of mechanism as Kilgrave's power. It uses pheromones, enhanced with chemicals. The thugs didn't move now because they were scared shitless. Cold sweat can be seen all over the crowd.
"Damn it. Kill Him. KILL HIM. KILL HIM!!!" Kilgrave demanded. The Fear Gas hasn't reached him yet. The clash of the two powers broke the thug's brain. There will be no sane ones after this. Their handshakes violently, trying to disobey Kilgrave's order. *Bam* One of the thugs fell unconscious. By now, the fear gas had spread to Kilgrave.
"(Distorted Voice) You asked me who I am. I am the incarnation of your sins." Kai explained to Kilgrave. From the rapist's point of view, he finally saw Kai for what he really is to him. A demon. The fear gas now had entered his mind.
"No, No, No, No, No, No, No, No!!!!" He holds his head with his palm and his bleeding stump. He couldn't believe it. It is untrue. He hasn't done anything wrong!
Kai showed his strength. He wants to put Kilgrave deeper in despair. He wants to let him know there isn't a way out for him. He takes out his sword from the scabbard. Using sword qi, he made a slash.
5 seconds later, nothing is happening from the slash. Kilgrave picks up a gun to take matters into his own hand for the first time in his life. He didn't care that it was a demon. He needs to live!
The moment he picked up the gun, he saw what the slash did. *Creak* the two-story building sways. Then, moonlight suddenly enters the dim floor. Kilgrave looks upward. The building had been slashed into two!
*Bang* Debris fell to the thugs on the ground. The building shakes violently. The walls fall to the opposite side. Kilgrave froze from fear. The demon figure is basked in the moonlight. Kai is inches away from him. He whispered in his ears. "Run."

A black SUV is racing across town. Phil Coulson is connected to the headquarters. The incident seems supernatural.
"Sir, we pinpointed the origin of the shockwave." The analysis agent said to the communication channel.
"Where?" Phil heard the address. His face fell. That is near Kai's address. Directly in front. "What happened to Kai?" He asks after some agent is checking the vicinity.
"Sir, the place…is destroyed!" The female agent who used to fight with Phil in the sewer while they are facing the vampires said in urgency. The house condition shows that the battle is intense.
"Kai… What is going on?" Phil mutters. Right now, the city is being terrorized. He can't piece where Kai belongs in the puzzle.
"Sir, a building collapsed in the Brooklyn area." The agent was notified. "Take me to the place," Phil said to the driver. Tonight is indeed a chaotic night.
*Huff Huff* Kilgrave is flailing while running. His head is dizzy from the shortness of his breath. He ran all over the city, but he couldn't shake off the demon. He tried to enter a police station to get cover, but he couldn't walk to the entrance. It seems like there is an invisible wall(wall of wind) blocking him.
Right now, he is in the docks area. He falls to his knees. "Please…I was never a bad guy. If you want a bad guy, I can give you to my parents. They are the ones who turned me like this. "
"Boo-hoo, I can't let you live. You have committed an unforgivable sin. You touched my daughter! " Kai mocked, then he said angrily. He summoned a companion beast of him.
Legendary Companion beast: Gate of Hell. (Evolvable)

Companion Form: Flame of Hell.
The companion beast uses the sin of others to evolve. It is his highest quality companion beast as it can evolve into an epic stage. It is very hard for him to get it.
The 2-meter gates opened. Inside, the room was full of flames. It wasn't connected to Hell. Otherwise, the other devils wouldn't stay still. It's more like an incinerator. Kai is going to burn Kilgrave alive!!!
He catches Kilgrave's leg and drags him to the gate. "Noo, Save Me!! Noooo!!!!" Kilgrave tries to hold the floor with his finger. But Kai's strength makes his finger break. He didn't give up. He needs to live!
He tries to get away until his hand is bloody. He bites the curb with his teeth, but it was pulled away, teeth broken. "P..wea..se.." He begs the demon. He didn't want to die. Someone, please save him.
Kai is in a weird state right now. Black energy swirls around his body. It seems like it is instigated by his essence of energy art. He loses focus on anything else. He wants to burn him. Burn his sins!!
Suddenly, Dawn appeared. He blocked Kai from going to the companion beast. "Kai. Please stop." He puts his arm on Kai's shoulder.
*Bam* Kai punches Dawn away. Annika and Yelena are alert. Something is wrong with Kai.
Ryan notices what is happening. He connected to Dawn. At this time, he couldn't control Kai.
"He is condensing his life soul for the ascension to the epic stage. It is a delicate process. It seems that Kai had lost himself in it. We need to snap him back to reality."
Dawn sighs. He has an extremely dangerous job right now. "Why the hell do you need to go on Mars at the moment." Dawn cursed Ryan.
