Chapter 123 : Midnight Chaos

In the bar, Kai put his hand on Steve's shoulder.

"It is scary, but it is something that you have to do. At least, you still have the chance to see her again," Kai advised the conflicted ice man.

Steve sighs. He expected someone would advise him to meet her. Maybe that is all he wanted – a push.

Drinking the glass of whiskey, the captain asked Kai, who is similar to him in a lot of ways, " Do you… still wish to meet her?"

Kai swirls the glass of drink he is having. "Every single day."

Steve patted Kai's shoulder and they sat there and drank in silence, waiting for Murdock to come back.

At Kai's apartment.

"AHHH, it's been a while since I was summoned," Shiklah stretches her arm and cracks her bones as she arrives. Being stuck in a coffin, she can only come out if someone finds her coffin or she gets summoned by name – as Maria does.

The virgin nun Jina that was used as a sacrifice is now a dried-up mummy as all of her life force is stolen by the succubi demon.

The nuns' group didn't show any regrets or sadness in their eyes as they watched their friend die – a blind, fanatical gaze glittered in their eyes instead, as they can now confirm whether Kai is really an angel.

"HMMM," Shiklah walks around the house in skimpy clothing. "I don't know whether he is 'your' angel, but he is something…" The demon felt a powerful aura in the walls, proving that Kai isn't an ordinary man.

She starts to wonder if the man could help her get her coffin back from the Vatican. To do this, she must be the first one to meet the man instead of the nuns. She has to do this quietly, without the nuns realizing her motives.

"That is good enough. Succubi, lend me your gaze," Maria ordered the contracted demon to help her. She reaches her hand to Shiklah's face and gouges out the demon's eye.

"Why don't you take both?" Shiklah said mockingly. Her eye is floating after Maria started her incantation. Wings sprouted from the eyeball and it started to lead the nun someplace.

The nun group is blending into the shadow, however, the demon isn't playing by the human rule.

Hellfire starts to encircle her palm. Maria's eyes widened as she saw what Shiklah was doing.

She wanted to say, " Don't. We need to avoid the public eye. The era isn't the same as the one I summoned you before…"

But, Shiklah was already unstoppable. *BOOM* Kai's apartment walls are blown by the fiery explosion. Debris from the apartment is falling toward the believer below.

The nuns and the succubi didn't notice it, but there is a metallic spider silently recording their every move, and is now following the disappearing nuns.

"We got him!! HAHAHA," The hydra agents that were monitoring Kai took out their cameras to collect evidence of Kai hurting innocent people. Excitedly, he is contacting the headquarters – Shield headquarters.

" We need support!! KAI VERA IS ATTACKING INNOCENT PEOPLE. I REPEAT…"

Before the agent could continue, he saw the strange figure jumping from the apartment. With horns on her head, her beautiful and mesmerizing one eye with a purple pattern on her face, and her skimpy clothing that got him an instantaneous hard-on – Shiklah landed on the public street, in the middle of the crowd gathering around Kai's place.

The agent is stunned as she had landed right in front of him.

Some people fall on their butts as they try to comprehend what they are seeing. Some people are putting pressure on their wounds from the explosion. Yelling and screaming can be heard all over the streets.

The non-religious passerby is holding their phone up and is recording the sexy woman.

"MY OH MY, there are many people here," Shiklah said with excitement and mocking her tone. She wants to suck…stole all the lifeforce she can have at this rare opportunity.

Reaching her hand toward the undercover agent that was contacting Shield, she grabs the back of his head and pulls him forcefully facing her.

His face is stopped an inch away from the succubi. Her claws are digging deep into the back of his head as she isn't letting him go.

"You like me…and want me…and oh my…what a dirty thought… I haven't experienced that one before," Shiklah smiles bashfully as she reads the desire the gruff-looking man wanted to do to her.

Inside the earpiece of the undercover hydra agent, [ *BZZZT* What do you mean he is attacking the public? Agent Haul, please clarify..]

Shield headquarters are responding to the notice, but the informant is maintaining his silence. They started to check Instagram live and other social media pictures about the explosion. That is when they saw the sight of the agent being held by a sexy woman on the streets.

"It is unfortunate as my tail is in the way. I wanted to do that too… let's see if you can handle me," Shiklah is astonished as she gets to know the desire of the modern man. She is extremely excited to do, to test out, to get lubed up, to get handcuffed, and all other things.

Although she has eternal wetness, part of her got extremely wet and dripped to her underwear after imagining all of those things she wanted to try out. Sticking her 6 inches long tongue out, she starts to forcefully insert it inside the man's mouth cavity.

He tries to push her away… but the entire strength that he got from decades of training as an agent is now leaving his body. His skin starts to dry up and his green pupil turns white.

"Owh…You can't handle me…" Shiklah said sadly. All she wanted was to f**k, but unless the male species had extraordinary strength, she couldn't do it.

"EEKKK, HE IS DEAD," A random woman screamed from among the crowd. Shiklah smiles and drops the man's husk to the ground. Looking around for her next potential partner, she wondered what the rectangular plate the humans were holding.

She wanted to play more, but Maria had ordered her to stand down and go reach the target first. Sensing the multiple hardness the male species are having as they are looking at her, she pouts as she can't have her meal.

"I will come back for you babies later," She says as she jumps across the crowd, moving toward the direction her flying eyes are moving.

Shield is moving extremely quickly at the moment. Maria Hill is taking command and is setting up a blockade of the web.

" Delete all the pictures online! Contact Agent Coulson quickly. I want a blockade in these areas…"

The crowd of religious people will be taken to another site for 'briefing'. Something good did happen from Shiklah's actions.

After this, no one will think of Kai as an angel anymore and disperse from crowding his place. If an angel is here, he would have saved them from the explosion.

Their heart is so volatile that they couldn't accept the fact that an Angel won't save them. God... won't save them. He didn't save them, so he must be a human.

A few rooms away from where Maria Hill is taking command, the man in the eyepatch is hearing the call for help over and over.

For an agent to decisively blames Kai for the event without even checking the perpetrators, it is either he is stupid…or he is following a plan. Nick Fury is leaning toward the latter.

Holding his head and massaging his temple, he muttered, " It seems like Shield has been compromised deeper than I expected…"

Matt Murdock is returning to the bar after dropping off the document at the office. Tapping the road with his seeing stick – not that he needed it, he heard a unique sound coming from atop of the buildings.

The sound is almost indistinguishable from the other sounds in the night, but for Murdock, it is as clear as someone tap dancing next to him.

With footsteps like a cat, the individuals are moving in the shadows– chasing an object that is making a sound like a butterfly, heading towards the bar he is heading to.

"This…is troublesome," Matt muttered. He decided to change his outfit in the alley to a black skintight suit and cover half his face with black clothes. He starts to stalk the stalkers, crouching in the shadow on the rooftop as he 'heard' the people land and encircled the bar.

"Their target… is Kai?" Matt heard some concerning sounds coming out from the suspicious teams. 'They are saying Kai's name like a mantra? Why? How? What is going on?'

Matt has never been so confused before in his life. Wait, right now, he isn't Matt Murdock anymore. He is…

Inside the bar, Kai is waiting for the guest to come.

There is only Steve and him at the bar as the owner had already gone home. The owner gave Kai the keys to lock up the bar. Kai had known the owner as he had treated the man before this.

"Steve, we have some guests," Kai suddenly said.

Steve looked at the empty door. His eyes start to check around the bar as the atmosphere suddenly becomes heavy.

"Your 'guest' or mine?" Steve asked in a calm tone, putting his guard up at the same time.

"I think it's mine… probably," Kai said, still in his relaxed sitting state.

Sensing that their position had been leaked, the nuns appeared from the shadowy places of the bar, confronting Kai and Steve who were sitting there.

"Kaisar Von Eras. Also known as Kai Vera. Your presence is needed by God. Come with us," one of the nuns said to him.

"What if I don't?" Kai said without standing up.

"It is not a request," The nuns said, taking out their daggers. Maria Lavaeu standing at the furthest back, scanning Kai with her eyes.

"Kai, what do we do?" Steve said as he gripped the tray that was used to deliver the drinks. Not understanding the situation, Steve isn't taking the lead. It will be stupid for him to do so.

Seeing Kai who is having a complicated expression, Steve is dialing his instinct up to 11.

Kai finally said something after thinking for a while.

"Rogers, they are nun… and also ninjas… They are…Nun-jas…"

The nuns: ...

Matt Murdock: ...

Maria Laveau: ...

Steve Rogers: ... (facepalm)

The nuns attacked without prior warning. They needed to bring Kai back to the Silver Dagger temple – where they thought he belonged.

They are attacking Kai 'gently' to incapacitate him. However, the same treatment isn't given to Steve Rogers. They need to make sure that no witness can identify their existence.

Steve holds the tray to block the dagger coming toward him. The dagger penetrated the thin tray, and Steve changed its direction toward the ground. Grabbing the clothes of the nun, he threw her toward another one.

"Kyaaa," The nun screamed as she collided with her teammate.

"Kya?" Kai who is gripping a dagger stabbed toward him with his two fingers felt something wrong with the scream.

He looked at Steve who had ripped clothes on his hand. A few meters away, the thrown-away nun is covering her G-cup, plump, bare breast with her left hand as her bra and clothes had been ripped during the throw.

"You laid hands on a nun Steve? Shame on you…" Kai teases as he dodges the high kick from behind him by tilting slightly toward the right.

"I don't think it will be that fragile," Steve said, unbothered by the teasing. Suddenly, two 20-meter-long black snakes appear out of nowhere and are coiling Steve and Kai.

The voodoo sorcerer, Maria Laveau is starting to move.

"Come with us obediently, or else…" Maria threatened. The snakes are increasing pressure on the two muscular men.

The nun-jas are surrounding Steve and Kai. Steve is feeling a lot of pressure from the snake. His hand reached inside his pocket, to take out something he had hidden inside before the battle.

Although he can break free anytime, Kai didn't do so as it is…unnecessary.

A loud crash is heard as someone had broken the window during his jump. Seeing the situation worsen, Daredevil enters the fray and throws his baton toward the nun-jas that are attacking Steve. The captain takes out a fork and stabs the snake's eye, making it release him.

Daredevil and Captain America tried to help Kai, but the snake had dragged Kai back to Maria Laveau.

"I expected…more," Maria said as she looked at Kai's handsome face, directly in front of her. It seemed to her that the man isn't an angel. Otherwise, how could he be so weak and easy to capture?

Isaiah Curwen told her to bring him back alive, so she will.

Maria turns to look at the male duo who is fighting the nun-jas, and is casting another spell. Kai prepares to interrupt her casting, however, it is unnecessary.

'I don't have to do much today,' Kai thought. He is letting the nun-jas take him away as he is curious about who is behind all of this.

"wait…I am…here…" A seductive voice said in a huffing breath as she slammed the bar door open forcefully.

The late demon, Shiklah, finally arrives. The floating demon eye outside the bar flaps its wings and re-enters her left eye cavity. After her eyes returned to normal, she stared at the high-quality males in front of her.

"Shiklah. I will leave both of them to you. Enjoy your meal," Maria Laveau ordered as if she already won. Kai isn't resisting, the other two are just ordinary men.

The voodoo sorceress is getting out of the bar, with Kai towed by the snakes.

"Kai!" Rogers yelled. He grabs a broken chair and wants to do something.

"Wait!" Daredevil stopped the Captain from running toward Kai. He heard something… a very low whispering sound… as if it was directed to him.

" I am fine. I choose to go with her to find out who is behind this. Please stop Steve from going after me. I will contact you later… Matt."

Matt got goosebumps on his skin as he heard Kai say his name. He thought no one could find out his identity like this. It seemed that he thought wrong.

Shiklah stared at the man in front of her. However, she isn't interested in them.

" So… boring, " She exclaimed as she couldn't feel their lust toward her. Even though she is wearing her best, most sexy clothes.

"Eunuch maybe?" She turns her eyes toward Kai who is smiling as he is dragged away instead.

"Interesting…" She grinned as she looked at Kai. Maria couldn't sense it, but she could. She knows Maria is f*cked up now.

"I better play nice with his friend. Otherwise," she shivered as she turned back to the boring men:

Murdock who couldn't see her sexiness, and Steve Roger who is too good of a man to be lustful during battle.

"Why do you stop me? " Steve asked the masked men as he was avoiding the dagger from the nun.

"He told me to," Daredevil replied as he kicked the nun in the face. The duo is making easy work of the nuns. Steve is making plans in his head to go after Kai.

However, a ring of hell fire starts to grow, trapping them inside it.

The nun-jas stopped in their tracks as they also couldn't cross the firewall. With no other choice, they retreated together with Maria Laveau as they knew men wouldn't survive the demon.

The nun with the ripped-off clothes glared hatefully at Steve before she retreated. Imagine having to fight with your boobs out.

"Really, nothing?" Shiklah asked Steve as she noticed he glanced at the beautiful nun glaring at him. Even with the part out, she couldn't sense his lust.

Steve shrugged, not knowing what the woman was talking about.

"You don't have to worry. They are not going to kill him," Shiklah said to the duo.

"Where are they taking him?" Steve asked.

"I don't know. Even though I am searching for it," Shiklah says sadly. Her coffin is there at the place, being held hostage by the Silver Dagger organization.

"If you don't want to fight, then don't. Let us go," Matt said to the demon. He can sense that she didn't have any hostility toward them, even saving them from the nuns — not that they needed it.

"(sigh) You're a good man. However, you don't understand... The nuns are psychos, " Shiklah said while shaking her head. If she did, and the nuns know it — she feared what would happen to her body.

"So you're going to kill us?" Steve asked. They couldn't move, Shiklah doesn't want to kill them. He has no other choice than to use talk-no-jutsu.

"Also no... Otherwise -' that man' will come to me. That is even scarier than the nuns," Shiklah replied.

"The Avengers can protect you. Please, let me go after him, " Steve tries to convince the demon girl. Never would he have thought that the 'man' is referring to Kai. He thought there was another enemy the woman was fearful of.

"I am sorry. By the way, we have some time to kill before the contract is over. Do you want to... Have me?"

Shiklah starts to undress in front of the duo. Steve gulped while Murdock is thinking about the situation. Before Shiklah could take off her underwear, a red figure broke through the bar ceiling and landed in front of her.

The palm repulsor shoots out toward the demon girl.

"Ahhh," Shiklah screamed with a mixture of pain and pleasure as she fell to her butt, tens of meters away.

"Captain, what is going on?" Tony Stark, Iron Man arrives in the nick of time before Steve falls out of reason. He may be a supersoldier, but he too is a man. If she put on a show, then...

The ring of fire dissipated. Murdock and Steve are now free.

"They got Kai. We need to find him," Steve said to Tony who is looking at Murdock top to bottom.

"Who is he... Nevermind... Did they get Kai? Who are they?" Tony asked urgently.

Steve is silent for a moment before he replies.

"Nun-jas"
