16 Chapter 016: Kitten

Sato-San and Kokoro-Chan were now sitting in the living room. It was the next day after school and they were with the new kitten that he had brought in the day prior.

"I guess the first thing to do would be to name it."

"Oh I know the perfect name! Higu-"

"No, like I'd let you name her that. But seriously, what should we name her?"

"…I'll be fine with whatever as long as your the one who picks the name!"

"Y-Yeah…Oh! How about Rain?"

"Of course! I knew I could leave it up to you to come up with such a brilliant name!"

"Please stop, just stop. I found her while it was raining so I thought that would work. She also has a bluer tint for her fur making it fit even more."

"Well I say it's perf-"

"I said stop."

"Sorry!"

"Now that the name's been decided, we should find a place to put a food and water bowl."

"Wouldn't the living room be fine?"

"I guess, the only other places I could think of would be my room or the kitchen."

"Then it's decided! We'll put it in your room!"

"…Why? I know you just want to go into my room."

"Egh! N-No I don't…Yeah definitely not!"

"You're not filling anyone."

"Fine. Then the living room is fine."

"Okay, next would be litter box, that will go in the bathroom for now. If we can ever think of anywhere else we can move it later."

"Alright! You made a fine choice!"

"…Haaa…Anyway, collar and stuff we can do on a later date, or just later today. Of course I do want to take her to the vet to make sure that there's nothing wrong with her since I doubt I fixed everything the night I found her."

"That's true…What's she doing?"

Rain began to climb up on the table that had their TV on it.

"Hey! Wait stop!"

Sato-San began to run over but was too late, rain knocked over the TV and it fell down into the floor.

"…Oh crap…It's definitely broken."

He began to lift the TV up and turned it on to see that the display was completely destroyed.

"I guess we should add that onto the list too."

"Yeah…"

"We need to train her to not do this kind of stuff…I think I have enough money to buy a new TV…Hopefully I do anyway."

"I'm sure you do…"

"I'll be going to an electronics store now so…See you later I guess…"

"Yeah, see you…"

He walked out the front door and went to buy a new TV. The first day with Rain did not turn out how Sato-San had thought it would.
