5 Chapter 005: I Need Help To Get Rid Of This Mysterious Stalker!

Sato-San was once again sitting in class as always, except for the fact that he felt uncomfortable. It was as if he felt he had eyes on him anywhere he went. He would go to the bathroom, the feeling wouldn't go away, he went to the rooftop, still didn't go away, on his way home, it felt even worse.

On his way home he would periodically look behind him but see nothing.

'Maybe I'm just crazy?'

He continued to walk home keeping the feeling of someone watching him close. Once he made it inside of his front door he had finally felt the feeling diminish a bit.

"Hey Higura-Niisan! Have you finally realized that you actually secretly ha-"

"No, I know what you're going to finish that with and no. Just no."

He walked upstairs and into his room, he threw his stuff in a corner and lied down on his bed.

'What is this feeling? It's still there…'

He got up and looked out his window where he genuinely was freaked out. When he opened his curtains he saw a figure turn behind a wall, it seemed to be looking at him before it turned.

'I think I'll go to sleep, I've had enough for today…I guess I'll bring this up to Sota-Kun tomorrow, maybe Shiratori-San too…'

He closed his eyes and went to sleep. He had the normal basic dreams any person would have, nothing too important on that end, what really mattered was what was going on in the real world.

He woke up as he normally would and got ready as he normally would. He also went to school how he normally would, except for the fact that halfway to school he once again got the feeling that he was being watched.

He once again stood in front of the homeroom door, he decided to not hesitate and opened the door immediately. He looked around and saw Shiratori-San sitting in the far left corner, three seats behind where he sat.

"Yo, Shiratori-San."

"Ah, Sato-San! Sorry I wasn't here yesterday, I wasn't feeling the best."

"Oh, it's fine. It didn't really affect much."

'That's because you being here will be the affect…So this is where my solitude ends…Wait, she said she wasn't feeling well…Could this be my fault from the day before?!'

He flashed back to when he accidentally touched Shiratori-San's chest. He quickly waved off the image wanting to forget and remember it at the same time.

"Ah, I didn't upset you that day, right?"

"Hm?"

'Eh? Could it be she actually forgot? Wait, wait, wait! Of course she would want to forget, even if it meant pretending she didn't actually know.'

Sato-San felt a tingle through his spine and started looking around. He saw that the door was partly opened with an eye directed at him looking through.

"OI! Stop!"

He turned around fully and ran out the door with everyone else looking at him strangely. He saw someone turn around one of the corners in the hallway and chased after them. He saw them turn another corner and turned around it himself, except he instead slid into the hall hitting his head really hard.

He became disoriented and lost track of the person.

"What happened?"

"Huh? Oh, Shiratori-San. I think the person I was chasing has been stalking me or something. I've been feeling like I've been being watched yesterday and today. I even saw a figure out my window."

"Scary…Did you see any distinguishing features?"

"Yeah, definitely a girl, unless a guy is running around the school in a girl's uniform, which I doubt. She looked to have…Red hair…I need to go make a visit."

"O-Oh okay."

Sato-San walked past her as he began going downstairs.

"Don't be late to class!"

"Yeah!"

He made it downstairs and opened the doors to the nurse's office.

"Yo."

The nurse put her pen down and turned around to face him.

"What's the matter?"

"Do you have the girl's name who brought me in here when I fell down the stairs?"

"…"

"Umm, this happened 2 days ago…"

"…"

"…Do you remember me?"

"I'm sorry but I really don't remember you at all, your name?"

"Sato Higura."

"…I'm sorry, doesn't ring any bells. Maybe I wrote it on file, I hope I didn't forget to do it again."

"…Again? You mean this is a common occurrence?"

"…"

"You can't be serious right?"

"…I void the question, seeing as I am higher position I should be able to do that."

"What are you talking about?! How can you seriously forget people this easily?"

"…Y-You wanted information on a girl who brought you in here right?"

"Yeah."

"…"

"Let me guess, you need details?"

"…Yes…"

"Haaa, she had red hair and is a third year middle schooler."

"…Ah. I believe I remember now! This was in the afternoon right?"

"Morning."

"Ah!…Ha Ha! Why of course it was, I was only kidding with the whole afternoon thing!"

"Can you just tell me who she was?"

"…Could I just show you the database and you pick out the person that matches the most?"

"…Sure, I guess that'll work, possibly anyway, it's not like I have a lot to go off of."

She brought up the database of female students that were in their third year of middle school. Sato-San took the mouse and began to look through all the faces that were on the screen.

"I know this is probably a bad time to ask you why you're doing this but, why are you doing this?"

'I don't want to bring up the stalking thing since that could be wrong…'

"I wanted to thank her for bringing me here when I was unconscious."

"Oh, okay then. I guess that's fine then…"

He continued scrolling, wrote down every name that had red hair and when he reached the bottom he looked down at the list of names he had…The only thing is that it wasn't a list, there was only a single name, Fukuhara Yoko.

"Huh? There's only a single girl in the entire grade that has red hair? Talk about making my life easy."

He stood away from the computer and saw that the nurse was once again working on whatever it was that she was working on.

"Thank you for letting me use your computer."

"Hm? Oh, yeah it's fine. You should hurry back to class before the bell rings."

'Oh right I guess I should, don't want to be late for a second time in the same week.'

He walked out of the room and walked upstairs to his homeroom. He now had the classroom she would be in at the end of the day and her face.

'With this I can confront her, by using my false persona I should be able to ward her off.'

He walked into his homeroom and sat down in his seat, with the bell ringing at the same time. At the end of the day he was finally going to confront his mysterious stalker!
