‘He’s the one’ is a heart warming romance about a girl who fell in love with a dangerous yet polite pirate called ‘Portgas D Ace’ Her name was Kaitlyn and yet she did not understand her feelings for this strange pirate, what was to come of this. How was he going to react to this once he knew, but with that being said shall we start from the very beginning. (Note: this all takes place in an anime called one piece I do not own Portgas D Ace or one piece enjoy! :3)
